Doors&Rooms : Escape King

The puzzles start very easy, but do get tougher. Very tough at times. Most are very logical, and just require thought she observation, and pen and paper at times. There is enough variation to keep it fresh throughout. A few nice humourous touches, nothing scary or offensive so suit most ages. Ads are not too intrusive, and can be played without connection to the interweb. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and keen to find more like it.

Started out good but then from level 4 onward it just got illogical. The clues did not lead you in any clear direction and at times were just ridiculous. I ended up going to walkthru. I tried a few more rooms in case it got better, but it just got worse. So if you're the kind of person who just likes copying answers from the walkthru so you can move on to next level.....then this is the game for you!

Love this game, well, the original version. 5-4's ultimate puzzle is broken, though, in two ways. First is that it isn't the same every time; the D4 square alternates between starting as open and as closed. Also, it's different from the original and I put it through a solver and it literally cannot be solved in 9 moves.

The first thing you see after opening the game is the expected permission request BUT in square brackets and full of grammar mistakes. If the dev/s ain't gonna check the spelling of the 2 sentences that can be found in every single game, imagine how much effort they put in the game.. It's a hard pass for me. Who knows, it may be the best game ever, but I will never know because I'm uninstalling without even giving it said permission.

Stop at level 5-4 and cannot move on. The ultimate puzzle to open the door has an error or needs more steps to complete. There is always one tile remaining. The other puzzles are logical. I don't mind ads. The developer needs income to produce more free games.

Was great but, when I came across a rather vaguely designed clue for a particular level- I got stuck (not the issue) - I finally figured "oh ok- I'll 'ad-watch-for-a-hint" yet the ads never loaded and the game went all 'delayed responsiveness" during several different instances - however, if I wanted to buy one, suddenly theres no problem whatsoever- immediately responsive - nice try dev... uninstalled

Kind of annoying. Starts off really easy. Becomes somewhat challenging and then you have this puzzle with X's and Y's and memorizing and referencing a chart over and over. No fun. memorizing does not a puzzle make.

The fastest uninstal! I deleted it once it gives me the silly condition a permission to access all my files and folders or I can't play. Giving you the permission to access my files is always an option and should be like that.

After some research I finally found my old childhood game.. I'm start playing this game when I'm 5 years old. This game is the amazing puzzle game I ever play.

The English translations are humorously horrible. Like reading poorly translated VCR instructions. Other than that, it's good. All these people complaining about the app requesting permission to access data and media files are paranoid. The app uses those to run the game. If it can't access them, it can't operate. This is a fun puzzle game. Download it, you won't regret it.

Immediately upon loading, I was greeted by a message saying that I need to agree for this game to have access to my media, photos, and other things that a game like this DOES NOT NEED. My opinion is to never download anything by these "developers" and do not support them in any way, shape, or Form.

Permission for complete access to your phone without explaining why. Beware if installing this app, we don't know what they do with our data. There should have been option for negative star

Would be fun if you weren't bombarded with ads Everytime you solve a room. Ad overkill like most of the games on here. Are you sure you weren't bought out by .io ha ha ha ha

Best fully free game!!! Starts out easy but you will need all your smarts for the puzzles. Also well supported in terms of walk through sites.

I thought this game was going to be fun and challenging and I got to that first room I got to like the 11th key and all of a sudden it won't give me any more clues and I'm stuck and I can't get out of the room. it won't go anywhere it won't give me any hints so I am uninstalling this app you could make this app a lot better if you were to give some kind of instruction on what you were supposed to do or let us be able to watch a video to gain a hint. I am not going to buy anyting.

unable to play the game, unless you give the app full access to photos, media and something else. it will tell you: if Permission Denied, you can't play game. Well, I uninstalled it right away.

So goddamn fun to play. My favourite chapter would be Weird Story.It's so cute and petite.I did find an issue from The Kingdom chapter though.I believe it was stage 4. The puzzle was off and I couldn't solve it. Please fix it,thank you. =3

It seemed kind of unusual when I first started out, but, what and interesting and attention getting game. How nice, and just today, I felt very bad, and wanted to get rid of all of my electronics, because I could not operate any of the electronics I had. So far, my television is still operable. Thank the Lord something worked out for me today? The game just polished me off right for the rest of this evening, thank you.

It's just like room escape! I really enjoyed the different stories it had together and the challenges were perfect. This o e I'm assuming is no different!

Are you kidding me. There is an ad after every scene. Completed about 15 rooms and ads pop up after each and it only takes 10 seconds or so to do those 15 rooms. No way was I going continue in that fashion.

Cant this have google play too? I love this game and I hope there could be an update with more chapters and stages <3 Also can you save the password you typed and go back to see the password again and type the password we left off? It'll be great to have that!

played 5 rooms. its good, a little easy but i asdume that will get harder as i go along. Some games like this i get stuck right away and have tp use a hint only to find the 'clue' is either something i already tried, or is just completely lame. that hasnt happened in this game ; )

Haven't played in a while and all of a sudden I'm slapped with ads at the end of every level. Still haven't been able to get past 1-14. Definitely don't recommend this game anymore.

Oi...level 1-1 to 1-8 not a single ad then an ad after every door you open...you spend almost the same amt of time on a) figuring out how to open door and b) watch an ad...lost interest by level 1-11, uninstalling

So many problems. You don't need permission for everything on my phone for the game to run, and someone needs to quality control the English translation.

Why should I need to provide access to all my files and data to play a puzzle game? What's more, I was only notified of this after starting the game and not before downloading like usual. Seems pretty fishy.

Really? You HAVE to grant access to photos, files, etc or you can't play at all.... why do you need access to photos for game play? 🤔
