I made payment for this app in Nov and app is prompting for payment again. App was not working in December. Is the payment valid for only 1 month?
This app is very useful for agent ,easy to use ,save time and frequently make the lot.
We are facing a problem all mobile number deleted automatic.i have complant to custermer care but no solve problems last one week.only one feature is good update from portal.all costumer care is very bad facilities.no problem solve in last week .bagwan Jane kab sahi hoga

Not very good app and even paid version is not that so good, can't modify or delete group made, even mobile no updated in server is not getting updated in the app, while sync with portal the portal screenis not getting close even after 6 hours and even sync with dop site is not working and sorry to say even help desk support is not proper please, please don't go for paid version other wise free version is much better then paid version it's not updating the records from portal
This app is very easy helpful and easy to understand. It just automatically fetch out all your detail and do the work by simply entering some short code. Great app i m ust say thumb's up
This is mistak in app . balance and due dates not in proper. Wrong entry not repairable. Mobile app.is very essential for agents, but this time the app is not working properly,That's not good for agents and app developer. Unable to change agent name, it has to be like everything cn be editable, unfortunately I have entered another name at agent name, Help us how to change agent name so that we can use the app, after reinstalling also it didn't worked .
The app is really very useful, easy working, but the lot saving feature should be enhanced a bit as per my opinion.
It's amazing app nd software service while it reduces 60-80% time for batch making . Its provide a good connectivity between portal to agent nd agent to custmer. Yaa it want some changes nd I hope developers do these changes very soon. Overall its a superbb start for agents.Thanks 🙏
It's the best solution for RD agent. Dt. 15/01/2021 the app is not working properly. Particular account holders can not be searched.From Last two three days there is no any data all filds are showoing 00
In mobile app.customer features should not b withdrawn. Depositors can't see their updates. Plz add depositor's feature for their updation. By default this app is very helpful for postal agents.
Unable to view added collections. The collections wich are added in the accounts section for a particular account is not reflected in the collections tab.
But there should be some more improvements like grouping, showing the date of opening of the account even after the installment is complete, etc.
This app is too good and convenient for all Mpkby agents plz download as Soon as possible for all Mpkby agents

Very bad experience !!! Don't download the app , i have paid the amount after using free for 2 months..now when i open it shows sorry dop agent has stopped working ..... my money ..wasted.................!plz don't download the app!!!!😡😡😤
