Too much click bate for a toddler . literally the very first page opens up for more download options. My 3yo old liked it but got bored quickly

Whenever I try to download something it doesn't download I feel very angery , but when I download this it downloaded in 1 second I was very happy .
These games are for small children. Too many ads. I deleted game immediately. Didn't want my 4 year old buying something she shouldn't.
