Dort Federal Mobile Banking

The app does its job. I've used 5+ other banking apps the last few years, and DFCU's is by far the worst and lowest quality. It is far from visually appealing, you cannot use any biometrics to access the app, and it has a very basic and dry layout. The only thing I do like about it is it makes transferring money from accounts or loans (through DFCU) rather easy. If you're not picky, it does run fine, it just reminds me of a website from the early 2000's.

Quick and easy, love the quick view to my account. Love how I can apply for a loan with just a few clicks. But only thing is the pending and available amount really gets on my nerves! It will say my account balance is 100$ but my available balance is 60$ than so I'll have a pending transaction of 40$ than wont spend any money and BAM I have 20$. So if they are already removing the money from the account than why dose it hit twice? That's the only issue.

I liked the app before the latest update. It broke down every transaction by date and had a section at the top of the list for pending. Now it is all in one big list. Also, you can only go so far back on my transactions. It used to keep loading previous dates as I kept scrolling, now it only shows me a month.

Easy to navigate but has a slow response time and the technical difficulties are beginning to be more frequent,. this app definitely needs to be revamped immediately.

App is clunky and slow, will constantly tell you to check network connection even though I'm on wifi. Get kicked out randomly, and mobile deposit only has a $1000 limit so I can't even deposit my paychecks. If you're looking for a bank with a good mobile app that will keep you out of a branch you might want to look elsewhere.

Easy to use, to make transfers, to check my accts. Even my car loan shows up and I can make additional payments whenever I want as well. I wasn't sure how safe the app would be at first but I've had no issues at all with it.

Love the app. Especially the Visa charge details. I only wish there was a data field which describes the goods purchased and not just the amount and seller. When I see a charge from Amazon for example, I would like to know what I bought and not just the purchase price and date.

I've been using this app for 4 years, and since installing on my iPhone, switching to an android, and back and forth again, this app has only ever improved each time. new features become available every few months and are nearly always flawless.

Mobile check deposit never works. I literally spent over an hour just trying to get it to take a picture. When it finally got a really good one where everything was clear, it was denied. Not that convenient if it never works. I like Dort, but I'll probably have to switch banks because of this.

It's a banking app. Not much to it. Pay your bills. Apply for loans. Of course transfer your balance from savings to checking or vise versa. All around good app. Never crashes.

Love that all my accounts and loans show quickly and conveniently in one place. Easy to grasp interface, user friendly language and options. Serves its purpose well without too many bells and whistles.

The Dort Financial App is very convenient it has lots of features that can assist you in paying bills, coupons for shopping for almost anything you like. And their loans are easy to apply for with great terms!

Loved this app for a long time. since the update on mobile deposit the camera dont work anymore will not take the picture of the check! Very frustrating! It was fine the way it was.

Simple large faced format makes it easy to read on a smart phone. The option to directly turn off your debit card is useful, especially if you missplace it in a store. oops.

It has been 3 days now and i still cant access my account. They keep claiming it is fixed but I still get the same error messages over and over. Dont fix stuff that isn't broken guys. App worked well enough to get by before the update

Wonderful, Convenient and easy to use. I dont have a bank that is right down the road or even close to me, so the electronic deposit is such a savor. I'm a business owner and I love that I can access my accounts whenever and wherever I am. I love their app... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Was a decent app until they updated it's really buggy and crashes or won't let you access your account some of the time. The mobile check deposit doesn't work. All other gripes is about the bank its self not the app

Can we get an update please? Everytime I log into to check my accounts it closes the app. Then I have to re-open the app and re-login for it to work properly. Not something I want to keep doing! Very annoying

I use Dort app, all the time, to transfer funds, pay bills, check balances. I love it, we travel alot, so I can pay a bill, or transfer funds anywhere any time.

Good app, hasn't let me down yet and very much convenient to transfer money without having to go to the bank. I love dort federal they are good people, will help you as best as they can to get you a loan and much more. Recommend this bank for everyone

Very easy to use! Bill pay is great. Transferring money is simple. Love the easy access of the mobile app with the fingerprint sign in!

The one thing that I consistently have a problem with is fingerprint sign on. It constantly locks me out-- not recognizing my fingerprint. But I do not have this problem with other apps.

The app was working fantastically but now I can't even log in at all through the app, I have to go to the website now. I hope this gets fixed soon. I would have given 5 starts because when it does work it's the best.

it's had its challenges, most of which could quite possibly be my phone, but I've come to appreciate it for much of my needs and let's be honest, as a small business receiving many checks in a week's time... the mobile deposit feature has been a godsend.

PAPP100, PUDS400. That's all I see. Can't even access my own money when their lock/unlock debit card feature barely ever even works!

Works well. Interface mostly intuitive but not perfect. I'm particularly fond of the fingerprint support.
