Med et mobilperiodekort er det svært at glemme sit periodekort. Du kan nemt købe, vise og forny dit periodekort i app'en. DOT Mobilperiodekort er udviklet af Din Offentlige Transport (DOT) og TrafikstyrelsenMed et mobilperiodekort kan du rejse ubegrænset hele døgnet – i alle busser (inkl. havnebusser), tog, S-tog og Metro, i de zoner det er købt til (kan kun købes til zoner i Hovedstadsområdet). . Mobilperiodekort sælges til mellem 2 og 8 sammenhængende zoner – eller til alle zoner i hovedstadsområdet. Zoner kan ændres ved fornyelse.Mobilperiodekort er gyldigt i en periode på mindst 30 dage og højst 365 dage. Det er muligt at få app’en til at forny kortet automatisk (dette kan slås til og fra, efter behov, og man modtager altid en besked inden kortet fornys). Hvis ikke kortet er sat til automatisk fornyelse, vil man modtage en besked, når det er ved at udløbe. Mobilperiodekort er personligt og er kun gyldigt for den person hvis navn står på kortet. Du viser kortet i din mobil når du går ind i en bus, og ved kontrol i S-tog, Metro og tog. Good experience overall. Only issue is that when your monthly commuter ticket expires and you have a new one already purchased, it remains invalid if you have no internet connection over the transition period. Happened to me once when I was about to show my new ticket to a bus driver, and noticed it was invalid even though I purchased it to start on that day. Issue get resolved if you connect to the internet and the app refreshes.

The app asks permission to send notifications to inform, e.g., when the commuter card expires (specific example given in the app settings). The notification was apparently disabled, because they couldn't get it to work properly (information from the ticket controller). I relied on that, forgot to renew and got fined. Thank you very much?

No travel planning feature to determine which ticket is right - instead you get a hard-to-read map and are asked to provide the number of zones for travel. Once you've done so, and you buy your ticket, there's no confirmation and the ticket is activated right away. So you can't buy a ticket ahead of time and activate it when you start traveling, the validity starts counting down immediately. Also, pasting is disabled for credit card number for some reason? Absolutely terrible all around.

Way too buggy, was able to select zones manually once after several tries, but got a blank screen after entering payment options. Worked better in June(2020). Update: tried again in April 2022, it charged me twice despite notifying 'purchase cancelled by user' whenever I minimized the app to confirm purchase with nemID. Still takes forever to open up the app, so proving purchase takes longer than my commute.

I would put 5 stars if only the app didn't have useless with the payment sometimes. I have been charged twice in the past because the system gave me a message that the payment didn't go through. Which actually did. So please fix this. Other than that all good 👍

Terrible app since the last update. Cards don't save anymore so that I have to type my information in every time I buy a new ticket. Last time the bought ticket did not even show up on the app anymore so that I had to show the payment proof to the bus drivern!!

Not working, at all. Installed fine, but when I try to buy my monthly card, it crashes. Unistalled, rebooted, reinstalled: same result. Tried on different phones: same result. That's the only way of getting my monthly pass for the train and bus to commute. On the website they say that their app is supposed to work. Well, it's not, and I'm very pissed.

An app for managing your monthly travelling-passes should REALLY just work reliably and fast - it is not exactly rocket science. Unfortunately, that is definitely not the case with this app. Often takes multiple minutes to start up, on a flagship device - which is kind of unfortunate when the bus arrives *now* and you must show a valid ticket. Have had to uninstall the app, restart, reinstall the app and reenter my informations multiple times. One of the worst apps I've ever had to use.

Such an awfully big pile a junk, no English version, text cannot be selected, UI is not comprehensible, navigation is terrible, visuals are horrible. I literally needed to do OCR to be able to translate certain warnings and error messages. Absolutely unacceptable, not at all up the Danish standard quality of services. The entire application is just shamefully terrible. It took me over half an hour to buy my travel card. I'm just hoping that they will be able to read it when doing ticket control.

crashes as soon as I payed and had to reinstall. had the same experience with the other DOT Ticket app where I simply couldn't pay. *Update* tried to renew my card. gives wrong address all buttons then becomes unresponsive and I can't change the address to the correct one. tried multiple times, then ended up having to buy a completely new card.

This app was supposed to be an updated version but just about everything in it is wrong. I had a commuter pass for which every day i had a different random number of days of expiry. Had to log out and sign back in to be able to show the ticket had expired and then, once i renewed the commuter pass, it is showing as invalid. and yes. i checked all the dates are correct and they took my money. it is written from which date it was valid but showing gray anyway. so frustrating.

I don't think it's fair that iPhone users get a much faster and advanced version of the app. It is slow, it crashes all the time, takes at least 30 seconds to open and it gives you ridiculous routes when inputting to and from addresses. Plus it looks like it was developed in the 90s. Fix it

Worst app ever! I cannot understand how in a country so advanced you cannot have a working app for public transport. Each time for the last 2 years using it I keep having bad experiences, trying to buy a commuter card is almost impossible, only errors and errors and multiple times of trying until something happens... disappointing 😞

Only important missing point, on the app in english, the procees of entering the credit card information changes to Danish, making the procedure unnecessary difficult.

Impossible to complete a ticket purchase when 3D secure code is needed -> online banking window (external link) opens inside the app and it is not possible to go back to the screen where the code needs to be entered -> the purchase gets cancelled every time. No option to use PayPal or GooglePay. I believe that this is a design flaw (could be fixed by opening external links in the browser rather than directly in the app). Other than that the app seems to be user friendly (but no ticket for me...)

It won't let me use this app with a foreign phone number. I keep getting a message that I "cannot use this app outside of denmark" even though I'm clearly in Denmark. Is there no other way to buy bus tickets here?

The app just does not work as intended. I tries multiple times to buy a ticket. It allows me to set a departure point but not a destination. Whatever I input as a search term...nothing. If I try to select anything from the map...nothing. Unfortunately the ticketing machine in the station has also broken down so...

The app malfunctioned and I almost got a fine because my ticket suddenly disappeared (couldn't find it under "my purchases" or "purchase history" either). Luckily the ticket inspector let me off easy with a warning, and my ticket reappeared again later in the day but it was a uncomfortable situation to be in... (I had purchased a 48hour citypass)

The worst app I've ever seen. DSB cancelled a paper monthly card & forced everybody to use the app. But the app doesn't work! I spent >2 hours today (including reinstalling the app) & encouraged by some reviews that say 'try & eventually you succeed' I finally bought it. I had to use rejsekort for a week before I had time for such 'trying & eventually succeeding'. Every time I need to update the card I have the same troubles. If DSB doesn't want to remove the bugs it should return the paper card.

Cannot login to app for an entire day. Verified that the service is down with coworkers. At the same time, I was fined by ticket control even though I had the invoice to prove that I had a valid commuter card and also had to pay with my rejsekort to return from work because the service has not been restored. The app is unreliable and designed to scam customers. Highly recommend to avoid it.

Getting errors when calculating routes, and also sms system is slow, which is not good if you're trying to pay for a ticket before boarding a train. If you are gonna enforcw your ticket rules so harshly, then the payment system needs to send messages faster in order to remove stress when buying a ticket.
