Dot n Beat - Test your hand speed

I do enjoy the game but it keeps freezing when I finish a song. Like the screen won't change, and I can't use the back button, it won't change anything, it's super annoying. I have to restart the app and pray for the game to actually work this time... (and of course when the app restart, it didn't save my progress.)

Good idea, terrible execution. The concept is fun, but there are many issues. I don't wanna watch an ad for EVERY song. There are ads EVERYWHERE and uts unnecessary. Plus, what is the point for watching an ad to play your own song if it won't let you? It says "inappropriate mp3 file" for nearly EVERY file. Please fix these.

So this sounded interesting but I can't even play it I have started up the game like 4 time and have let it sit there for 10 min each time and it just sits on a screen saying this is a music game play with headphones for best experience. I would love to give it an hones try but co sidering thay rhythm games are a dime a dozen I would find one that actually works

5 stars. Has all the songs I like and more. I would add Alan Walker songs but other than that, amazing game. Not many ads at all!

My first experience on this game was definitely challenging but, that's what I loved about it that's what I was going for. So definitely 5 stars 🌟

There Already have similar music games that I personally prefer the "Beatmania" style tbh. And the most fatal point is that NOT all of our own soundtracks could be loaded properly.

The game is so relaxing a fun.When I got it I thought that I wouldn't have fun but when it started ,that thought went away.

you literally have to watch an ad for every single song! And literally just no! Everyone hates ads

Great selection of music. Missing a single note ends your song and forces you into ads. This completely ruins the game. I don't mind as in a free game but the amount of ads is insane. Suggestion for the developers. Let me finish the song no matter how many notes I miss. I get a lower score but I get to enjoy the music and see the whole song uninterrupted to be better prepared to replay it for a higher score. There is no incentive to purchase a VIP access if I can't play the complete songs.

It's okay, at best. Really good concept, it's just the fact that it's sometimes unclear which instrument you're supposed to be following. Also, the "Music Adjustment" button should be paired with an audible/playable test so users can actually see how the adjustments are changing the game instead of having to hop back and forth between settings and gameplay and trying to guess how to make the gameplay better

It keeps crashing. I wanted to buy the "Not A Spiderman" character, but every time I attempt to use it using the in-game diamonds, the game crashes and restarts. Luckily, it refunds my diamonds. However, this is less than ideal. Also, there seems to be several levels where the music doesn't match the gameplay. I've invested some time into the game, but I think it's going to be uninstalled sometime soon.

Honestly, it's fun for like...5 minutes. First off, you have you figure out the controls yourself - no tutorial on how to play. It throws you right into the game without warning or an intro. Second, it's frustrating to fail even when you have already tapped the screen. Maybe it's just me or my phone, probably the latter, but I did rage quit the game after I failed even though I tapped the screen. Not such a bad game, but it was annoying.

It's an okay rhythm game. Mechanics wise, it's good. Then again, simplistic is the name of the game here. The main gripe I have is that the rhythms within the songs you have to match are unnatural for you to do so. You don't just follow melody, or bass, or the beat of the song. It flips constantly with little warning. Also the game takes too long to load while IN levels. I died more because I crashed into a wall after the style switches more than I died because I actually missed a beat.

good game mechanics. Brilliant concept. I agree that the game audio is poorly synced to the dot. but there is an option to change it but it's not really clear by how much you need to sync it by. I think it works differently for every phone model. It would be good if you had a test run for the first song to also adjust the delay on the music and sync things. Otherwise a lot of going back to settings to sort it which is what made me uninstall the game.

The game is good, fun and great alignments to the beats. My only issue is that the game (During an Rush Infinito) tends to speed up the music in a way that makes it sound odd. for example in every song I played so far, halfway through a Rush Infinito the music goes a bit faster and off beat. I find this rather distraction and causes a bit of anxiety on my part. I feel this good be fixed by sort of balancing out the music so it doesn't sound to off key. For some reason I absolutely love this game! I love that the milestones are based on how long you can last instead of score and the number of milestones to unlock new songs are super reasonable. The ads can be annoying but they only show up after a level and aside from being video ads they're rather unobtrusive. I love having the ability to continue by watching an ad. I will gladly watch a 30 second video if it means I don't have to start over. All-in-all the developers did a fantastic job!

Honestly very fun. The only problems that I have are the fact that some taps don't seem to register, and at faster tempos, that can be pretty detrimental, and that I'm constantly getting network connection issues. I've done a lot of looking to find the source of the network issues, but everything on my end seems to be fine and this is the only app that's struggling to connect, which is a bit suspicious given I only get network errors on songs that require an ad to play. Very fun otherwise.

Game design is great fun and engaging. The amount of ads is disgusting, to the point of almost unplayable. While I understand that some level of ads are necessary for a free game, this game beats you over the head with them. Alongside an optional subscription service and an option to pay to remove ads. Yes developers need to be paid for the hard work they put in. But if you feel you need to show me an ad after every oops or song clear to get paid maybe free download wasn't the way to go for this

I really like the idea of the game but it could have been done better. As others have said the beats are off beat occasionally. Its distracting and a tid bit annoying. It also lags sometimes. Which in a game like this, where timing is very important, is really bad. I don't know if its me or game but a lot of the time i have full bars and other games work fine. Other than those two things, the game is pretty fun. If those two things could get fixed or at least improved on the game would be great.

Enjoyed the game but there are several things that bug me. I muted game sounds yet they were still there and several of the songs seem to be off beat (fizzy in particular) and even changing the settings didn't seem to help. With muting the songs making it easier in that case. The transition between modes isn't very nice, (in some cases) with some notes being right away, not giving you much time to react. Lastly the redo button doesn't allways show up, making me have to choose the level again.

it's a typical rhythm game, which is exactly what I love, and yeah there's a ton of ads, but that comes with the territory. what irks me is how it almost every single round will misread me not tapping. I play on the zig zag one because it's much more forgiving, but I can get 30 perfects in a row only for it to immediately not register a tap. artificial difficulty only makes the player feel bad. it's demotivating and poor gameplay just to make people feel like they should spend money and watch ads

The game is good in concept but they basically want you to pay for anything good, they spam the heck out of you with millions of ads, and the worst part is the game itself is terrible. The music isn't synced with the rhythm and as someone who's done music for years and is used to tapping along the beat its incredibly difficult to not tap on the beat. If they did the game correctly it would've been a great game but whoever made it just didn't do a good job.

everything is out of sync, everything comes before each beat which really messes with your brain.. I don't know if it's a device related issue, but when I tap on the beat of the song I slam straight into a wall. ylu should be able to do it with your eyes closed only using your ear, and i know that seems like it would eliminate the challenge but surprisingly it would still be somewhat difficult. not very fun for a rhythm based game.

ok I love this game. it's very entertaining and I love how you can input your own songs. I ran into an issue with the play your own song feature though: everytime I fail, it leaves it in a perpetual loading screen and won't let me back into the game. I wasn't gonna complain because it was giving me free gems, but it's happening everytime I fail and I have to close the app and reopen it to fix it. I understand the Play your own song feature is in Beta so I figured I'd say something about it.

I really enjoy the game concept, and all, but the game is really broken. Whenever I complete a level it'll freeze, so I back out, restart the game, and I have to repeat the process. It even erased the data I had on the last song!Also, if I were to fail a level, It freezes, so I back out, hit play, FREEZEZ. Please fix this. This is a really good game, and I wanna try the full expierience. Thank you.

SO FUN, but too many ads... It's seriously a blast, and I feel like it could potentially help an untrained musician's stay-on-beat skills... But you have to watch an ad for every single mess up, as well as simply to move on to the next level if you skipped re-doing the one you failed... So... nah, I'mma delete and come back in a year lol maybe there will be fewer ads then!

I ended up turning off the music for some of the levels because the gameplay didnt match the music. The ad to gameplay ratio was okay for a free app. The graphics are great, but because there seems to be only two types of gameplay(the one with a straight line and the other with the diagonal lines), the graphics don't really pop out. The controls are easy enough to learn. Overall though, its a great game to play when you're trying to avoid small talk, but I wouldnt play it for a long time.
