Worst Service. I advice not to depend on them. I booked them in the morning for evening pickup. Half hour before pick time they cancelled leaving me in last minute disastrous situation. Also when I reached at 04:00 am from airport driver took advantage to declare that he has no change and took rs. 100 more
Many time cabs doesn't turn-up when booked through app. When you call to call-center they just say sorry and asked you look for other means of transportation.
The google maps accuracy needs to be improved. Otherwise a user friendly app.
Never disappointed, always on time and courteous. Once I forgot my wallet in the cab and the driver very honestly came back and returned it.

very unreliable and unprofessional....had to go to airport....had asked to be pickes at 11.30am from ramoji and the cab came at 12.15....the cab is uncleaned and dirty. when asked the drivet why so late...he says only 40 mins late...only if i knew this woukd have never booked through them...as a tourist wasnt aware..pls pls never ever book their cab...i m hoping to reach the airport on time now
Bad experience. Booked a cab but didnot recieve the cab. When called they said cab not available. If not available they should have atleast called and informed.
very unprofessional service. dotcabs take the bookings in advance and doesnt provide vehicle on time. dont value customer's time

Worst customer service. I missed the bill, when I called the customer care they are not helpful at all. Customer care team is saying they don't have the invoice details on their database. They are asking me the amount I paid to driver.
