Terrible. Required me to create an account. Wouldn't show me the entire document rather showed just the pages requiring signature. Gave no feedback on hitting checkmark so I hit it numerous times. Didn't have any idea I had "signed" over and over. After signing no option to print or make a copy. "Review" button on signature confirmation email gives indication "document created under a different account" and doesn't show the document. I could go on and on....just a terrible experience.
If it still worked as it did last month and past year, it would be 5 stars. Heading for 1 star. It stopped working this past week. It worked fine before. Cleared cookies & cache,closed browser, restarted phone but no good. Using Chrome browser on Android as always. It acts as if it will show the document but just says 'error tap and try again'. When I do that, it records that I've blindly signed it! but still doesn't show any of the document or the fields like it did before this past week.
Completely dysfunctional on Pixel 6 Pro. Every document that comes through shows the loading wheel and says "an error has occurred" continually. I've already deleted and redownload the app and restarted my phone. I can't even leave feedback in the app, or I would have. I've had to use my laptop or borrow my wife's iPhone in order to complete every round of docs. Almost missed the closing date on our house because of this.
The worst app ever. Keeps saying "An error has occurred. Please tap here to retry." On every document. I have to tap the screen continuously to get the form to load SOMETIMES. Most of the time it never loads and I have to use a computer.
Would give zero stars if I could Docusign is far superior. Every single page brings up an error message asking you to click to try again. App is up to date so that is not the issue. This app makes e-signing for real estate a complete nightmare. Save yourself the time and use docusign.
App has stopped working and won't open files. It's just says an error has occured and to tap to try again. This is beyond obnoxious and needs fixed. I use this app more than almost all others and need a solution. This happens on both mobile and wifi.
Terrible software. It's hit or miss whether I can get documents to load. This las time it signed for me and forwarded documents to my realtor. Again...the document never finished loading on my mobile device for me to review, but dotloop signed and sent it on. That's terrible.
Does not work with Pixel 3, can't see the document, shows crossed cloud, with error occurred message. It will let you sign the document, but you can't see what you're signing.
Awful software and even worse app. Documents often would not all come through to the client so loops were often left incomplete. As of April 2022, could only complete loops online via the website as the app wouldn't even load the documents.
Currently having an issue where the app will not preview any documents and only says "an error has occurred please try again later". This leaves me to have do everything from my laptop in my office which remove all possibilities of being mobile. Please correctly this promptly.
Has become nearly useless over the last few days, when opening loops it says connection error and to try again. I have logged out and signed back in, Uninstaller and reinstalled same issue. On laptop it works fine. Rest of my team is having same issue.
Used to be fine, now it's terrible! The past week and a half I haven't been able to see any files on my phone. It just says 'an error occurred, try again'. How are we supposed to do business when you can't reach your files?! Better off with DocuSign, save yourself the frustration
Can't seem to get it to pull up documents on my phone. Have to get back to the office and the computer every single time lately. Going to be switching out for a different system/ software when my contract is up.
This after they sent out an update the program still won't load documents and has issues digitally signing them. You should really try to update before sending them out.
New update will not work on my mobile app now. Tried emailing to let them know, and the email is not valid for technical support. Looks like this app will fade itself out. Used to be a good app.
Keep getting the same message "try to reload" and the file never opens. It's useless on my phone. So frustrating how sporadic it will work.
"Error has occured" note appears on all documents and will not open anything. I attempted to send a note to the developer to encourage them to fix the bug- email was returned for incorrect email address provided.
I'm having issues with documents loading after entering a loop. App is up to date so not sure why this is happening. Didn't have an issue prior to the update
Super buggy, it will ask for login when I'm just trying to access a link and when it does open the files they are an error page so you can sign a blank page...
Won't load documents at all. Always says error or that I need to swich accounts. This app has been completely useless for me and I wouldn't use it if not for the fact it's what my realtor uses.
I don't know what is going on but it seems like ALL Android user are having trouble with the app. It was working great and now it is causing my clients, colleagues, and me headaches

So much for Google temp app!!! These people FORCE you to "upgrade" by doing a full install when you're supposed to be able to use the temp "insta-app" WITHOUT INSTALLING!
This app is my livelihood. Documents will not open and are timing out. I'm updating now and praying this improves. If not, I have to move to a competitors software.
I'm a Realtor, used dotloop for a Decade,out-of nowhere a week ago NOTHING loads in the app. I've fully deleted it and reinstalled it. Logged out. Nothing works. Useless app now. Especially for over 300$ a year.
Unusable at this point. I cant even open a pdf in my email without it trying to copy the file to dotloop. Unable to load any document I open. This app use to be helpful now it's a hurdle for my business
App is not allowing me to review file and keels giving me an error stating file won't load, please try again. My sellers try to review files and can't see anything and then the program signs for them without them clicking anything.
Was great.. until zillow purchased it. Now it's buggy all the time and leaving me looking for better options for digital signatures.
I think a recent update has done something to the app. Now when I click on a document I get an error message that says "unable to load". So I can no longer see the documents or do any signatures through the app. Hoping the tech team is working on this. Will change my reading back to five stars once this issue is resolved.... Because up until this time, I love the product!
