The game will not load all games and is freezing up constantly. Reinstalled the game and it is doing better but I lost my 3m coins when it reloaded the game. It started me over with the basic coins.

If you want me to keep playing, you ought to start paying! Daily bonuses and frequency of paying credits leave a lot to be desired and I've been playing over 1000 consecutive days!

I can't imagine anyone actually enjoying this game. The graphics are stretched and smashed so much that it's often difficult to tell if anything's lined up, and if it is, it's disproportionately outside the paylines. Just all-around boring, for a slot app. One bonus is the lack of pop-up ads, but I think even that would make it more interesting.

This was my favorite casino app for about a month. It would let you play on your credits a good while; however, now it doesn't let you play so long. So, I decided to purchase credits and at first I could play a good amount of time on my purchased credits. Now, well, the app doesn't give much play time on free bonus credits nor purchased. It saddens me because at first I thought they finally have a casino app that gives you ample play time, but obviously it isn't as it appears. 😭😭

The graphics and game choices are great. Your payouts are horrible. Hardly got a bonus spin and when I did... it gave me about 5 minutes of play. Hardly got any of the doubles or multipliers no matter what game I was on. Very disappointed. Its worse than casino odds. i played about 6 different games. This game sooo sucks!!! Support is AWFUL!!!! Issues NEVER get resolved. Trying to claim free credits is a JOKE! The site says my internet is not connected, but it is. I can't get the free credits to come up at all. Ive reinstalled the app over and over. No luck getting the credits from any source. In the past Ive gotten the credits, but at times I have gotten the message that Ive already received the credits when I haven't. I've also experienced thousands of credits disappearing. I have never gotten any of them back despite contacting support numerous times. I love the game better than any I have, but I am beyond frustrated with support, and the issues this game has.

Your start up credits is 40,000 which is gone in no time. Very few credits given during wins, bonus rounds are far and few. I am an 85 year old woman that is homebound and living on social security. I cant afford to purchase credits for 5 minutes of fun. This is supposed to be a free game and people should enjoy it. Its something to do but boring!

You know, it really is ashame, you have some very good slots, the graphics are amazing, however, I do not feel that these slots, pay the way they should be, I am not interested, in just buying credits, all the time, and the slot not actually paying off. I even tried making some adjustments, to the settings, in BlueStack, as far as my phone is concerned.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD Unauthorized charges - I happened to look at my bank statement to find this app charged my bank card, ( I have a digital Google wallet), $94.09!!!!! I thought that was an odd amount so I went to my Google rewards account to find it had been cleaned out as well. I saw that the charge was for the Platinum edition so I went to the game and it was the free version. I checked through all of my emails and there was nothing from Google as far as a receipt or confirmation of purchase.

Of all 3 of the double down apps, this one is by far the worst. I wish I could give 0 stars. There is no sign up bonus, the daily and "hourly bonus" is a joke and they are incredibly stingy with the free coins on their facebook page. Fort knox is really stingy as well but there are at least a lot more in game hourly bonus' and extra perks. I'm uninstalling as this is not worth my time. There is no excitement to this app. BORING!!!!
