DoubleHelix LiveWallpaper Free
It is built on the LibGDX game framework, and uses several custom OpenGL ES shaders to produce the translucent glass material, blurred background, and particle depth-of-field transitions.
If you like it, check out the premium version. It has options for setting the scene color (can be linked to battery level) and film-grain, scan-line, and vignette effects.

Very very nice wallpaper but lack of options making in undesirable. A quality slider would a very nice addition because now it makes the phone laggy.

i hav been fascinating about D.N.A., microbes and all since childhood. This live wallpaper comletely suits my taste. am very happy. Even its very beautiful, its texture, depth in field, overall appearence is just Magic. Makes my phone more dynamic. Great work.😊
I have sampled a lot of Double Helix (dna strand) wallpapers and they aren't as nice and beautiful as this wallpaper. Thanks for such an awesome wallpaper! Love it. It also doesn't drain my battery like other wallpaper apps. Great app!!! Keep up the great work!!!

~ Stellar visuals on ANY screen size/type! ~ Not a CPU hog! ~ STILL being maintained 7yrs later! I bought this way back when the Motorola E2 was released. I knew it was something special when I figured out its power draw was on par with slideshow, and it's proper selection of tweaks INSTANTLY made it my staple screensaver on the dozens of phones since! No, I'm not that brutal to cell phones I'm replacing them bi monthly, a long standing side hustle is cell/laptop/tablet/PC repair. AWESOME!
