I use this app with the Yale shuttle system, and it's pretty annoying. The times for stops never update, so you have to rely solely on the tracker images of where the bus is. Also, sometimes it doesn't show the whole route, just the part of the route the bus is currently on, which is very frustrating when you're trying to plan your travel and the shuttle route changes at an unknown time.

Terrible. I wish our university teamed up with another app. Sometimes it shows me no buses on route although they are actually running. I can't see the path of a shuttle if it's not active right now (it's not even in the list), so I can't plan traveling in advance. The shuttle going from my home to university has 3 versions: morning, day, night. And at least two times per day I have to go to the shuttle selection menu and then click ok button even though I go back and forth between two stops

The latest update was a failure. I install it, select a bus system, and it works. But when I come back the next day, bus routes are missing from the map. The only way to restore those routes is to clear data then go into the app and select the bus system over again. That's a lot of extra steps when I'm scrambling to make a bus first thing in the morning. The developers have gone from blaming me for their failed update, to radio silence. So, uninstalled.

The tracker is never accurate . take the 212 for instance. There are several busses that seem to tailgate each other and none of them even show up on the tracker. It's pretty much hit or miss on that route. The 86 is undependable as well. Never no if you're going to get it or not. The bus schedules are out dated and unreliable also. If WS wants more people to use mass transit , they should get their act together.

When it works, it's great. Problem is after using it once and then closing it, it stops showing any shuttles for me when I reopen the app unless I uninstall and reinstall. Then it'll work, until I close the app and have to repeat the process. Seems to be only an android issue since my iPhone friends aren't experiencing this.

This app is highly unreliable. It only gives rough estimates of arrival times, which are often wrong. At least with my old bus app, if the arrival times were off I could look at the busses on the route to guess when they'd show up, but on here the buses don't even move half the time! And the other day a bus showed up at my stop whenever there were no signs of it being registered on the app. It was also pretty confusing to figure out in the first place.

This app had an irritating habit of asking me to rate it. It works ok for showing my university's shuttle system, but information density is low and it had trouble when shuttles are shifting from the afternoon to evening schedules. It also doesn't reliable save the list of routes I want it to show. If I could use a different app I would.

When it works, it's crazy accurate which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2. Unfortunately, at least on Bainbridge, the buses done usually show up unless it's crazy early in the morning. Keeping it for now because it's the only option, but unless the Bainbridge buses start showing up on the map, I'm moving on to the next option as soon as it's available.

This app has the makings of something great! I've found it difficult to change from one route to another. When I've tried to check out a second bus route it repeatedly returns to my first route inquiery. I would also like to be able to search by street intersections rather than specific addresses.

this app is the best. it has saved me countless hours, countless times. if I think I missed the bus, I just check it. and it saves me from walking if I don't have to. it provides updates regularly and shows real time where the busses are. its AWESOME. I'd have gave 6 stars if possible. EVERYONE should have this app who rides public transportation. ferries, busses, metro, rail, etc. GET IT NOW, EVERYONE.

Mostly good. Certainly a lot of help with locating both buses and their stops. But needs a bit more stability. The app is guaranteed to lose gps connection if it stays on for a while, making it impossible to tell where the user is without restarting.

Keeps deselecting my routes and sometimes the buses just don't show up on the map even though they're running. Announcements tab doesn't function so I don't know if there's a change in route or a route is cancelled until the bus doesn't show up and I have to call the station. Terrible.

It's pretty accurate showing where the bus is on its route. The only problem i have is that sometimes it does not show the bus I need on the map when I know it is running. Sometimes no buses are shown at all. I even check that the settings are set to show routes and still nothing.

If you click on a bus stop, it gives you estimates for when the bus comes. That's awesome. Less awesome is that the estimates won't update automatically if you leave that window open. So, to check how long before the bus arrives, you have to click your bus stop, check the time, hit the back button to close the window (clicking elsewhere on the screen doesn't work), then click on the bus stop again for a new estimate.

Usually a minute or two behind when the bus actually arrives, so be there a little early or you will miss it! Would be nice to pick a start and stop destination and have the app tell you how to get there and what connections to take, because it is hard to pick routes when you haven't done it before.

This app doesn't reflect the real schedule for bus routes in Rochester, MN nor is the arrival time accurate. When bringing this to RPT's attention, I got static for not knowing a transit system I am new to. That's why I got this app in the 1st place. It's not my job to babysit how a transit system deals with thier partners. Share your info with Google Maps. At least with that, I can plan a route on the go.

Over half the time the stop details are not available for any given bus. I know this may not necessarily be the app's fault, but they shouldn't make agreements with transit systems that arent willing to maintain or install the GPS locators on their busses, which appear to be the case for my city, Evansville. Very frustrating.

The app used to work fine, but as of a few days ago the buses won't show up on the map. It only shows the routes. I wold love if this issue could be fixed.

I never write reviews but this app absolutely pissed me off. It seems that refreshing the routes for accuracy was not a concern for the devs, seeing how I waited 45 minutes for a bus that never came. The real kicker was when I walked to another route on the map just for the bus to dodge me when it was supposed to stop. I REALLY wish I could give this joke of an app zero stars.

It's a decent app when it works, which about 30% of the time on the weekdays and it's just takes the weekends off. It's a shame they don't care more about the app as it can be really useful - right now, save the space on your phone and use Google maps.

Really easy to use and understand when the map loads. Time schedules are really accurate too. Thumbs up for this app. I wish there was a section you could just key in where you're going and you'll be given the nearest bus stop and the waiting time. When that is done, I'll rate it 5 stars.
