Your games keep spinning and spinning and then I get that the internet was lost. Also. Your button to buy more credits and get the 10k free credits doesn't work sometimes when I press it. I have to completely exit the game app, wait and return. It happened once before and your tech support told me to restart my cell phone. It didn't work. They then told me to uninstall then reinstall. Didn't work. Then they said it was my internet. If it was my internet how come I can get on my PC internet.

Graphics fantastic, slots great fun. In the beginning you won but now you loose all the way. As quick as you obtain coins as quick it gets lost. I have mailed them directly with other issues where coins disappears twice and slots malfunction and qontiue to eat away your coins on free spins. Hope to resolve this mater quickly. If you knew think twice before I training coins!

To be fair, this review is based on the April 2022 changes. I've taken two stars away from the five I gave years ago because the game functionality was changed a bit too much. I don't like that I can no longer choose between various machines in a certain level of any game. Also, you removed the speed button. Now, even some of the fastest rolling machines seem to move at a snail's pace. The new design seems to have added nothing important to playability but certainly has taken options away.

This used to be my favorite game, not anymore. They've eliminated 80% of the ways you could get extra coins, winning streaks, don't last and are further and further apart, losing streaks are daily and last for weeks, you now have to spin up to 300-500 times to get a bonus, that rarely gives you more than 2 or 3 times your total bet, you can only play in either regular mode or pay, to play as a VIP and you can no longer pick which machine to play on. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been playing for about 6 years. But I DON'T like the newest changes at all! You have to jump up too much in your bids and don't have the option for smaller bid amount increases. Do NOT like the changes at all! I might consider not playing anymore. I have loved this game for years but they are making us pay more in coins now for the collection of gifts. Not a Dan of newest changes!!!

I have played this s game for years. Unfortunately I am considering of uninstalling the game. It's not what it use to be, the update changed the game way to much. I can't changed machines anymore nor use the speed button. Being able to pick your own machine made you all a one of a kind since most apps do not do so. I am all for change when it make something better but not for change when it makes something the same as any ordinary app. I see you loosing a lot of players in the future.

Terrible update. Each level of bet is to high a jump from last, cant pick individual machines, but the worst is the change from the fast button to max bet. Mobile game buttons are small close together so it made it to easy to accidentally hit max instaed of spin. With one spin my finger accidentally hit max bet and spin together once and 99% of the coins it took years to win are gone!! I can't imagine that this design was not done intentionally.

I like playing their games a bunch however it is virtually impossible for me to complete the weekly amount of required tasks to spin the special slot machine since the mystery box button is broken and has been for over a month now. Collecting a mystery box is one of the first tasks almost everyday and since I can't collect a box due to their failure I can't get the weekly benefit. I've updated their app twice since the button went out and have sent thru their ask us link and no response or fix.

What have you done... so loved duc but the changes are not enjoyable. So much harder to win and payouts are not worth it anymore. Free spins are so much harder to get. Used to get a little bonus after a purchase but just seem to lose lose lose. Not wasting any more money. You have taken the fun away. I'm sorry I am going to have to find a better game.

The old way with the way it was with the beginner intermediate and advanced was great now the new way of having to bet all these coins is ridiculous I've been playing this for over 3 years worked very hard to get where I'm at I have no fun playing this any longer found a new slot game does more enjoyable I will still be getting my rewards everyday like I have for the past years but will no longer be playing this game cuz I do not enjoy it easiest way to describe if it's not broke don't fix it

Enjoyable, addicting, I do like that you don't have to level up. Good graphics, great variety of different slots, okay payouts, would like more free spins but it s not bad. Love the frequency of new games. This is my 6th time coming back to this app.

Notice that the spins pauses ever so slightly just as you are about to get a really good win and/or bonus. It is so obvious! Therefore my conclusion is that there is some manipulation going within the game's system to limit how much you can win. It happens whether or not you buy chips.

Don't like the updated version cannot win anymore it just wants u to purchase $$$ to keep playing. Also lost a lot of old options like speed of spinning fast, slow, etc. Also choice of machine to play. Probably will delete game soon.

Edited; it's only become worse. This is a quite the scam. NEVER buy a chip package. The algorithm is designed to reduce your winnings, until you purchase more. Then, once purchased, you can expect a few wins, but only to entice you into playing more. Seriously, hope they are reported to the gaming commission and investigated for fraud much like FanDuel was investigated and had to reimburse thru a settlement. I have played for years and it's become even worse the past years...

Love it. Wish u didn't have to update for every new game. Now I'm hating the new format of this game. Lost my bonus points and can't choose the amount I want to play for, also the speed of the game. Can't slow it down or speed it up. Upgrades aren't always good

This is a great app. Great graphics! This game use to give you bonuses and jackpots to allow you to play for hours. Now it hardly gives you any wins at all. I can't afford to pay so the most they allow me to play is about 20 minutes at a times. It definitely isn't about playing free anymore!

I agree with the others since the makeover. Not what it was as in choosing your bet for one. Then choosing a machine or changing the machine you play. Didn't even register the last jackpot I won .some days don't get the bonus games. Just don't understand how anyone would think these changes are going to help you at that end..it's not encouraging when you win a little then loose alot and struggle for months to get back up. Not fun 😕 😒 😑

After several years of watching this site continue to go downhill it's time to say goodbye. The last revisions were the final straw. Although I like this site because of the lack of ads, the enjoyment is now also lacking. Get a decent win and expect to lose on the next 10 or 15 spins. Bonus games and free spins are not as frequent as in the past as payouts have gotten smaller.
