USED to be awesome with full-size play screen, lots of game selections & bearable ads but now there's a constant banner ad (thereby greatly reducing the viewable playing screen) & the ads became so frequent & intrusive (even during spins!) that I was spending more time dealing with them than being able to enjoy playing. Had no option but to uninstall. I do not recommend this for anyone; you will regret it!

Good Choice of Game Machines to choose from to play. Some challenging more than others and it's good fun and helps pass the time away. It's frustrating to get to higher levels which would allow more benefits!!

I've been playing DoubleUp slots for several years now, however the new version I'm not so happy with. The old Clubs were WAY better! Seems maybe a revenue increase was the catalyst behind restructuring to this new version. Sadly, I hate this new version and will not purchase any further coins, perks, etc..

Great machines, addictive fun and good pays. But could use more videos for coins, they run out to quick. love the callenges in the club except the ones that are over a Billion, that is too tough to get to 1 bil. let alone get 6b for a bet. So 2nd tier callenges could be lowered some. I enjoyed the play I had but wished it lasted longer.

Update. I gave them 4 stars (being generous) even when they don't have the bonus games they promised. Based on their response (they clearly did not read the review) I lowered it. Beautiful slots but clearly advertises as having bonus games. They are actually free spins (scatters) labeled as bonus. Unfortunate because otherwise I love the game. Need more honest advertising. Uninstalling.

This is the 3rd time I come back to try this games, but the games don't pay, don't have bonuses. It just take, take your money. I'm disappointed, I was hoping they'd changed. I'd like to, at least be able to get winnings and bonuses. Right now, any game I play takes the money, no fun at all. Quite frustrating.

The graphics are great and it's super easy to navigate through to the games and to get your bonuses but I wish it would pay out better.. I do have a suggestion, drop Facebook out of our daily goals!!! Not all of us are on Facebook and do not have a desire to be on Facebook.I will never understand why all you gaming companies think we should be on Facebook, Facebook is beyond,beyond lame.

Howdy 😉 who has checked it, how come that there is such a problem with annoying ads? 😖😖 The spin game is too weak, as I caught, this is an unfinished replication of the top rated website xcasin . com, only this site has a huge winning percentage, has a widest breadth of popular spin games and also plenty of goodies 🎰. Games and very fun to play but get boring after you play a while. They are constantly trying to get you to buy credits. I don't intend to buy credits every day and the ads get aggravating when they pop up while you're playing.

Downloaded and started collecting bonuses, but then it said I needed to update. Brought me back here, to Google Play. It just keeps saying the same thing over and over. I can't update if it doesn't give me an option on Google Play. I rated everything at 1 star, because I couldn't play. I'm now uninstalling this game. Please, let me know when it is fixed. double up is pretty good the only problem with it is Facebook they don't seem to be make it easier for older people I'm 80 years old and I can't get my fingers to work on a keypads because you're too fat and I just find it difficult inconvenient but that's only Facebook the game is fine double up I like a lot but I don't get play it as often as I would like thank you I enjoy these games and I'm playing them alive because they can't do much of anything else and the one part I don't like is I never

Great game so far...only my auto came on an took millions of coins from me....over 200 million but I noticed that I have to be careful hitting the spinning button to easy or holding it too long,even a second can put it into auto before you know it,otherwise, no problems at this time and very enjoyably interesting

Great graphics. Very unique game even though it's by the same company that has 3 or 4 of the same game and setup in the Google Play store. Fantastic payouts, I just wish it was real cash! Lol. Great way to spend time.

Horrible. I literally just downloaded the game. Went to play and decided to buy some coins first. Haven't got to make one spin because it's telling me there is an update. The problem is that I can't do anything to update the app AND I can't play it and I've spent money on the game 😠🤬🤬

So I gave 5 stars but I couldn't find the minus symbol anywhere to put in front of the 5. I must say the slots are nice to play but only for a minute because out of coins. But you have no problem putting up the coin packages in your face every two seconds. Still a joke of a site.

I love this app. You don't have to level up to unlock games. Many games to choose from. Its a fun way to play slots not a stressful way to play. Some games do need a little higher payout though.

Customer service is a joke. They dont know What they are talking about they flat out lie to you. You can no longer update the slot game if you live in Washington or near Washington in the United States.. Um why what's so special about near Washington... Yet I'm not near Washington so they should be able update it.. You spend money and you can't use it..... Then they won't give it back to you. And now you have an ad playing every 1.5 minutes or less. If i wanted ads id watch youtube.

Games are fun but I can't play because it says a new version is available but there's nothing to update when it directs you to Google store. Very frustrating. Ready to just get rid of game.

This company committed fraud against me. They lied in the description of the pro league product, when Google refused my refund request then they lied again and acted as if I made an error to cover themselves. I can prove they're dishonest too. They kept telling me to go to subscriptions to cancel the service, but it wasn't there; EXACTLY AS STATED IN THE TERMS OF SALE. 3 day trial period, then the 7 day subscription kicks in. I sought to cancel within 24 hours, they charged me for a pkg sale.

Lost Double up on my ipad. Could get it on the computer. Now I can't get it on the computer and cannot play. Hot Vegas is better than Double Up.
