Dove Channel

I love that the content is family friendly. The platform's horrible: not user friendly & freezes. This doesn't happen with other apps. Most of the content is dated, & the library is very limited. The price is ok, which is why I tried it, but likely will not renew again. Also, I am disappointed that I was automatically charged the annual renewal rate without an email warning, & even though I contacted to cancel the same day- the charge was not reversed. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Dove.

Good content, horrible new interface. Please allow option for use of old set up. This new one is atrocious. The old option was much easier to navigate and find content. The old way was pretty standard across platforms. Don't try and reinvent the wheel

I love a wholesome alternative to other avenues out there like Netflix, ect. Great job overall. I only suggest as many movies and shows like The Waltons, Little House, ect. and the option to download? Thank you for a fantastic app.

great channel & movies for free! more live tv kids shows would be nice. Also, the commercials ,while casting free movies ,freezes up and doesnt play causing me to have to restart the movie or end cast, watch commercial, then cast again....

Enjoy the video selections and attention to details. So great to be able to get a overview quickly and more detail when in doubt. Thank you for providing such great clean, enjoyable, and uplifting movies.

Really unhappy. Not enough content and since I subscribed for the annual price, the app literally won't cancel (no prorate refund) for a year even though I used it less than 30 days. Try a different app.

Worst app ever, a complete rip off and scam, I payed $39.99 for there so called premium membership, never got what I payed for, don't believe them, don't buy a premium membership, you will get ripped off, and there's no way to cancel membership, I have to call me bank and pay a $30 stop payment fee to block dove from ripping me off further, you people at dove need to be fired and your service Putt out of business, im reporting dove to the better business, BBB, and consumer complaint hot line,

It has really good movie selection but sometimes I don't have time for an hour and half movies . so if there were more SHOW options that'd be swell!!!

Their description is wrong. They need to up their standards or have a way to custimize what films are ok for their family to watch even in the kids section. It has some great family films some of my favorites like Mandie but dove includes some shows for kids that are not wholesome such as scary halloween shows.

Customer service is not readily accessible when they have a promotion and you try and call customer service they will tell you that you have the wrong number and you have to call the number on the website. anytime you want to resolve an issue you can email them because when you call them you can't get through. there should not be two separate numbers for dove customer service as a customer I don't want to try and sort that out.

I like the app but I do not like the fact that it is hard to get it to connect to Chromecast Sometimes it takes numerous tries to get a movie to play for some reason

I love this app but it has to many commercials in one movie all about how you can become a member for 4.99 a month it's pretty good deal though I really recommend this app for moveis/shows

Unable to sign in to this app. Changed password, uninstalled, reinstalled, tried everything. I give up. Canceling and uninstalling permanently.

the programs are okay but they have made it impossible to unsubscribe. these kind of subscription Services all seem to be the same type of behavior. Easy as pie to subscribe hard as anything to unsubscribe seriously this is not okay Behavior

The app is made more for cell phones, It opens up vertically. It doesn't do well on tablets which I use.

I really wish I didn't have to subscribe to watch movies and TV shows you should add the vampire diaries,and other shows but it's a good app just wish I could watch right away

I am really enjoying this app, as I've just had it a few hours now. I really love that I can have a 30 day free trial. One concern however. Why are the movies buffering and how can I make it stop? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi there. I already have Dove Channel on my Smart TV that my Brother bought me. I added the app hoping U would have the show listings only to find out right away that U don't. AND also there is no Customer Service email or anything to ask questions...Highly disappointed...So, now, I hafta see what movies U have and then check to see if those same movies or TV shows R on the Tubi app....😰🕊

I need to cancel my subscription and cannot do it. Whether on the app or on the website it says either I'm not "connected to the internet" or "Server not found". I feel like this is a scam. Please cancel my subscription.

After paying for 3 months subscription. I was able to sign into account. Now I'm getting RUN AROUND FOR REFUND! BBB is next on agenda!

Great inspirational movies! The biggest part of the movies are faith-based on true experiences. I love this channel!

Good clean Christian type movies along with a few other. But I enjoy this app especially when my TV is fading in and out or has nothing decent to watch.

The commercial breaks don't seem to ever end and when I exit the video that I'm watching it doesn't retain my position

i didnt like it honestly. it has alot of tv shows and movies but nothing i would watch. i would rather stay with hulu than this app

app crashes since last update. I have to reinstall the app every time I want to use it.

won't let me in all day. I am on my 2nd day of free trial. I want an extension on my free trial before my membership starts.
