user friendly. can do my banking anytime, anywhere. check to see if I have paid a bill, when last payment was made, schedule auto payments, alerts to my email when a payment is due, and or made, and many other convenient features.
Regularly get an error message that I do not have internet conectivity (forcing me to either log our or close the app and try again). Internet connectivity is strong, so the app is clearly messed up and unstable.
layout and overall design is fair to decent. compared to other banking apps waaay behind but its serviceable for basic info on your account, don't expect much more.
I made my automatic payments to be reoccurring monthly back in August and saved all the information but in September the payments were not made I went back and redid recurring and saved everything can you let me know if I did everything correctly I want these two payments one $600 and one $300 made recurring thank you
This app allows me access to my money and to be able to use my account from out of state to include the deposit of checks. Match this with a very friendly and customer oriented Credit Union...I am a satisfied member!!
Dover federal credit union is the best bank I've had. they offer exceptional service and support. and the DFU app and the cardvelet app makes handling and being up to date with your money, such as balances, transactions, ect.
Don't like how it doesn't show pending amounts on account when first open. Don't like having to scroll through and check for pending amounts.
Will not open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Called customer service. Lady on the phone was unhelpful and rude.

Love the app! Living in another state, this app makes depositing checks very easy. when I'm traveling, great to use this app to check my account balance.
Would be nice if i could access online statements and print them out. I did sign up for paperless not expecting to have to pay for statements when i need them.
love being able to access my account anywhere. besides the times it goes down occassionally, the app runs great!
Cant sign in during updates. There should at least be a push notification when this is going to happen

Always very reliable. Menus are easy to navigate.
It work like it should but there are times the network seems down more often than it's up.

After dfcu changed their system, app will not even allow login with updated credentials, and their customer svc is useless.
using the mobile/photo deposit feature saves SO much time. Loving this mobile app.
You can maneuver through the app and do so many things with ease.

Doesn't show loan payment due dates and doesn't provide individual statements.
This app never works for me. Everytime I try to set it up as a first time user, it says it failed to register me. One time it finally worked and the next time I logged in, I wasn't able to log in. I'm so over it. It does the same thing to me on the website too. Frustrated especially when I'm pretty tech savvy.
