I used to be able to save log in so I didn't have to do each time. I can't seem to do that now. Also, I've had to change my password numerous times. I called and left a message. They said I'd get a call back. I also can't pay my bills from here now. never did. Terrible!
Never have had a problem with it, always accurate with the current balance. Overall just a good bank to.l bank at.
I love banking on my phone when away from home computer but on phone wont alow you to pay bills just transfer only need to pay bills sometimes when away from home computer but still happy i have access by phone

Sometimes will not login, saying network issues, despite the fact that I have full connection and other apps open fine
Without bill pay, it isn't very helpful. Financial apps can download this info and show it in a more user friendly environment.
How are you supposed to sign up, it won't even give me an option to sign up? It just says sign in
I access my account info from my phone 95% of the time and now that you guys have an app is awesome! I no longer have to use my browser which makes it easier and it's much more organized! I'm giving it a 5 star right now because I'm excited my bank now has an app, I hope down the road I don't have to update my review.
I don't care much for the credit union. I don't know why I continue banking there.
It's terrible, they are constantly changing it. Taking stuff away adding stuff changing the format and how your bank history is displayed. I only use it because its the only option.
