42+ hours now I've been waiting for a send to confirm. Customer service said they had charged too low of fees and miners were refusing to process it. I was told they fixed the fees so this wouldn't happen again. Well I sent another one 11+ hours ago, paid for the faster transaction and left a tip. Guess what! It hasn't confirmed either. So they fixed nothing and lied straight up to me. Screw these guys. Don't waste your money or time on their BS.
It's a decent wallet. It can sync up with your other wallets/accounts. Supported coins limited. But with a simple email u can request another coin supported wallet. Trouble is customer service doesn't answer the email requests. :(
The transaction fee is way too much and unreasonable. I was charged $17 for sending $150 to my other coinbase wallet. Coinbase and Blockchain don't charge more than $2 for this amount of transaction. They are greedy and mean. Thank God I now know how much high their transaction fee is. I have discontinued using them.
Easy to use, and customer support respond so fast, I'm really thankful for this app. Though at first I couldn't send money though I had money inside, I wish they take that first step away because new users who are impatient could easily get frustrated for my own opinion.
**WASTE OF TIME** **NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ** **DO'NT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP** If I could give this app ZERO stars, I would. I am an Experienced crypto investor and I wanted a new wallet. I paid for my crypto currency, passed all identity and document verifications. My purchase NEVER arrived into my wallet.. So after 2 e-mailed inquiries ( over 10 hours later), my transaction was denied and a refund will be issued in 7-10 business days. Thanks for nothing
One of the most simple yet sophisticated wallet. Thank you! Edit: Changing my review for now. Contacted support about my missing ETH for 3 days & no response. Still waiting on support. Edit again: The developers have fixed my issue with the wallet & my funds are restored. Thank you DoWallet team!
Digital wallet, it does what it says. Little confused on how to send the currency to another account though. Maybe i didnt pay attention to the demo. Its a nice digital wallet though.
The best app on the market. I have been using dowallet for 2 years securely and only experienced one issue which was fixed within 2 days. Keep up the good work and I'll keep referring everyone to use dowallet. 5 Stars 🌟
Was all going well until I gad a problem with my pass-phrase. I contacted customer services via email and no one has responded to my message (two week+ now). Would recommend you try another app with better customer service reviews.

The app is such a beauty, however one aspect is the Backup Recovery Phase which is very hard to accomplish that until the present I could not pass through. Please DO SOMETHING TO HELP ME, PLEASE? SILVERIO ACBAYAN
I installed 3 days ago and still unable to send money, keep getting server error. The support response time is ridiculous, i am losing money while i wait!
For over a week have been trying to logg into my wallet,but always bringing bad network connection,yet i have a full Network coverage on my phone...pls response to this and do something fast about it

See, its aight, but you cant cashout to your bank and if you can I missed it during the many tines of trying to find out how. ALSO THE FEE TO PAY IS TRASH. buying like 30 bucks in btc sent like a 5 to 6 dollar fee my way. Unbelievable. Yall taxxin!!!

I sent a transaction with High fee 3 hours ago and is not going thru also I contact customer support 2 hours ago and nothing. Is a high value transaction please need help ASAP. Tks

Was loving this App... does what it is supposed to do and support have been very responsive but for the past week my funds continue to be unavailable although they're shown in my wallet ballance. Apparently there is a new version (1.1.29) but after repeated attempts to up-date from 1.1.28 there has been no joy. Once this is fixed I can enjoy the App again - I assume I am not the only one experiencing this inconvenience and I trust the tech guys are working on correcting this with urgency!!
