the app is no longer working, the screen only show a green background without user interface.
Fell into this trap just because the watch only connected to this useless app. The clock doesn't sync with anything, map doesn't work, not phone book either. Only make a call that's functioning.
I have followed the steps but the app does not sync with the watches. The watches also say that the phone book is not available. I’m thinking this product might even be worse than moochies watches if that is even possible
I need help, im try to set this watch up before my daughters birthday but the contacts I've saved on the app don't appear on the phone and all the other functions saying synchronising. I have an activating SIM in the watch.. is it the app thats not working? Thanks
Just the worst app I've ever had. I paired it with my kids watch, but then it does absolutely nothing. Nothing on the app works on the watch at all. It doesn't even do the basics, such as sync the phone book (One of many examples of how rubbish this app is). There is also no way to contact the company who owns the app, so you can't even contact them for help. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP UNTIL THEY FIX ALL THE ISSUES WITH IT!!
This app looks like it nolonger works. Doesn't update the details ie the GPS, charge %, phone book etc.
Same issues. Watch doesn't sync. Can't make calls. Phone book doesn't work. And it thinks the watch is in Africa. Good job losers.
Total rubbish App and same problem as everyone else's reviews. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
I installed the app to use it with Zgpax S888A, but I cannot see the full list of settings, for example volume and time settings are missing. I cannot communicate with my smartwatch, only making calls. What is wrong? Do I need to send some special SMS commands to the watch?
I can call the simcard but that's it. No messages and it cannot find my kid on a map at all nor sync with the watch beyond initial pairing. I watch youtube videos and their app looks totally different. Mine is just one stupid page with a map of the world and few options. Lame.
Great app. However sometimes it does not work and could not receive voice message or cant connect to watch with other features. Need to fix glitches otherwise would have been perfect!
Useless. What is the point? It links to the watch but not to the sim card. Can't synchronise with watch at all, so time is completely wrong, can't use GPS, can't add phone numbers to address book. I am so mad with it!!!!!
Downloaded this app for my grandkids. So far it's added the watches. The talk works but the map is useless I already set up safe area and home address and it still not showing accurate at all or any of the safe area setup icon to recheck it. Mybe you need to use Google earth instead of Google Map.
Register with my email and password then it sat wrong usernamw and password. Try to reset password then it say wrong email. What's wrong with it? Please advise.

please upgrade your system.i buy smart watch and must use this apps, but its not function.function at the manual book and this apps not same.Not have more function. and smart watch not function to call out and the time cannot set by country.hopefully hopefully please upgrade.before this i used the same smartwatch but other apps (zgpax tracker). but the apps now cannot use and missing in the play store.their function more better than this apps.thanks.Hopefully can upgrade it as soon as possible.🤒

Cannot add any information to the watch! Worst app ever
It doesn't work. After adding a device nothing happens. It keeps showing the QR scanner. I have added the Garret Kids 3 watch several times, but still I see just QR scanner and nothing else.
This is the only app that will work with the kids smart watch we bought. GPS is not accurate at all and we are suppose to be able to load games on the watch from the app and can not do that either.
Faulty watch, reboots every 30 seconds. Can't even try the app. But I don't believe the app is much better than the watch. Uninstalling
Yes, this app and the watch that goes with it are pants. As other reviews, the app doesn't sync with phone, can't set time, can't set SOS number, it just calls 112, pointless. Very dissapointing, for a small amount more buy from a decent manufacturer. Alas, if you are reading this you will already own the watch.
