DOWN Dating: date cute ppl :)

The app requires you to log in through Facebook and will only accept photos from your Facebook profile, which is a problem as someone who doesn't post much on Facebook. I was only able to see six people. There was no option to reject them and see new people, only the options of "date" or "hook up." It also claims to have no ads, which may be true for ads about external apps, but I was berated with ads from Down during the short time I had the app about coin sales, premium membership, and so on. It doesn't seem like an app that can reasonably be used for free.

I think that the app could be Good but they should not be saying, "look at Singles for free" and promoting that it's free when in actuality you might get to look at a few singles and then a window pops up wanting you to pay for it or to make any changes on your profile like the distane you are willing to travel or race and other preferances. I've had some technical issues with it that they really need to work on and fix but other than that I mean it's okay but I think there are better ones out there.

I like this app in theory. The down and date options really help in locating what people specifically want. It is worth noting though that there are a lot of people on here that haven't been on their profile in a while whose profile will still show as active. And even though I have matched with someone, it would seem the app is buggy because I'm not able to message them nor see that I've matched with them in the messaging section. And just to clarify, I have paid for the special membership.

Absolutely awful service. This app doesn't work on both OnePlus and S8, so probably faulty on many more phones. Just gets stuck on loading screen. I keep getting notifications from the app though... just cant actually use it. I asked for a refund but they said no. I urge anyone considering paying for this to not do so. You will lose money.

I'm fine with having to connect a Facebook, the only problem is that I don't use my Facebook account enough. This app only allows me to use photos from Facebook, which I only have 3. I also cant continue because I need a minimum of 5 photos. I also cant change my name. Most accounts don't have any pictures, or are just spam. Lastly, the free trial doesn't work, I still don't have premium features. Don't waste your time, honestly.

The app doesn't even work, not even the free trial. Nothing ever showed up even after I let it load for 20 minutes; I reinstalled the app and still no avail. Decided to delete my account seeing as it's fruitless and even that has no immediate effect. (Best I could do at the moment is remove all but one picture.)

it would be nice if it was clear when more matches would appear. I swipe to get more matches, only to be taken to the "limited offer" subscription screen nine times out of ten. plus, buggy UI selects "down" when I'm trying to skip. App has potential, but it really isn't there.

I’ve met several guys in person so far and chatted online with countless others. Overall I always liked the App.

in settings it asks you for ages u would like. I picked the ages I wanted and I gave me a bunch of random women 20 year olds to 49 year olds. it only allows u to pick a state not a city. Plus you can only look through a certain amount it gives u more access to more but it never tells you how long until you can search again. this is with the VIP option. I dont even see a help button or a customer service number. I'm just going to cancel my card so they cant charge me again.

terrible app. reinstalled numerous times and still didn't work correctly. every time I logged out it completely reset my profile forcing me to make a new profile each time. premium service is a joke and also requires signing up over and over again. good concept. terrible execution. many other apps out there that work correctly and more user friendly.

Absolutely zero customer service quality!! I just wanted to use the trial, then I totally forgot that I had subscribed. So I was charged for the next 2 month. After I realized it, I reach them and they persistently rejected me. And 52 dollars were gone for nothing! Totally unsupportive!
