The app is functional but very basic, no more useful than the CU's website itself. It does have the ability to remember your username and password coupled with a fingerprint, but almost every time the app updates, all of that information is cleared out and I have to start again.

Cant even login since new update. As if this bank wasnt frustrating enough. I'd like after hour deposits at ATMs

This bank is the worst establishment on the eastern seaboard I can never get my money out. Nothing is ever tranfered correctly if done at all ive had so much financial trouble due to this place alone. Maybe if they were helpful at all with anything I wouldnt be so negative

Not very helpful until it gets finished/fixed. No way to see holds/pledges, no way to see where/how many transfers are possible, etc. Making matters worse, the new website fails to properly function (lists but won't complete a transfer) on Android. So we're cooked.

This app and the new web page system has been a downgrade. I can no longer see my pending transactions and why do I load to a blank page and have to open a menu to log in. Also why doesn't the app have a check cashing feature? Very disappointed with this app.
