Download Videos and Photos: Facebook & Instagram

I loved this app for so long, but now not sure why it wasn't detecting any of my friends in the search list anymore. I would want to download the photos upload by my friends in bulk but it seems like there's a glitch causing me not do be able to do so. Please help on fixing the issue as I paid also for the premium version since I find it very useful. Thank you!

The app doesn't look very great, and it isn't very great, but it served it's purpose in helping me download all photos and videos on a Facebook page. If you pay for premium, you still need to select all the videos manually. Also, sometimes the photo lists just stop loading and act like it's done. Cross-check with the Facebook app to ensure you got everything. In the end, it worked for me.

Paid for full version, but was only able to mass download one time. Now, I have to manually go into each pic and download individually. I can do that for free in Facebook. I bought this app to get away from individual downloads, and now, I get to take extra steps to do so. Disappointing to say the least. *Edit* Feedback does not allow images to be posted

Doesn't work. I tried downloading five pictures from a page the first time and only 2 appeared. After that, no pictures appear either in my gallery or the app's phone library. Update: I changed my previous rating to five stars, because it does work . You just need to have Facebook, which is understandable. I made one and was able to download a pic I wanted.

Terrible - does not work at all. I downloaded the app and paid for premium as it promised that I would be able to save my Facebook photos automatically before deleting Facebook, however it has not worked at all no matter how many differe t ways I try. Will be seeking a refund.

Great commendation to you for your very innovative and useful app. It has really purposeful, smart features and works well. To improve, pls: 1. Enable, or add the feature to automatically download friends' stories (videos and photos) on Facebook and Instagram. 2. Enable, or add the feature to open Instagram & Facebook within your downloader app (ie. open these two apps without downloading them in addition to your app). This will save the user's phone storage and make your app stand out more.

Literally a scam I paid for premium and you have to manually navigate on your phone, expand each photo and download. It is as many clicks to simply download directly from Facebook or by dragging onto your desktop from your laptop. Waste of money.

I paid for the full version. The app won't download all pictures within the album, it'll just say complete without having downloaded every picture or just stop altogether. And I have to constantly log back into it. It worked fine some days ago. Also, I keep keeping error! on downloads.

I hv tried other apps but so far this seems to be better as once u log in to fb, category wise clubs all the vids, pics, together, whereas in others it givs u the same option as regular fb for downloading manually. If no. of file selection can be maximised to atleast 10 vids per downloading with vid quality option wud be an an added edge over others, also this app is not hvng intrusive pop up ad on the screen.

been looking for this wonderful app since the last time i use facebook pictures downloader app, all the ones i have experimented and downloaded has all fail except this one. i strongly recomend it for anyone in need of app to download frds facebook videos and pictures. my only suggestion for improve features are, selections options for all pics all videos should had been provided. thanks for this application and am going topay money for an upgraded version to express my appreciation for this app.

Good app to help easily download all my FB pictures. Only comment would be that they don't easily allow you to move your downloaded pictures to another application I.e. you can't select all pictures and move, you have to individually select pictures to download. This is annoying.

This WAS the perfect app to help with my small business. But as of last week I am no longer able to download albums, only photos and videos. I'm hoping this issue will be fixed soon, because I've already paid for lifetime use.

Seems like a good app, but I uninstall because unfortunately this is not something that I would pay for on a monthly basis. I just wanted a simple way to backup my photos and my wife's photos without us having to do that giant zip folder that Facebook create.

It works to download pics (sometimes) but that's it. It has to search for your pics and the you get a network not found(when I'm sitting right next to my network box).. You cant save them to your phone or laptop unless you want to share them one by one. So the purpose of saving them (if your trying to close your account per say)is pointless. You would have to keep this app with your pics on it. Forever. If anyone has a secret that I cant see please tell me. I'd like to put the pics on my HD.

I have paid for this app. And seriously it does not work. Cant even find my own friends. Gives an error message "Query is too short". Unable to find my friends when you click on My Friends. When you try using Browse Facebook option and go to the desired album, you do not get an option to download. Wasted my 5$. Please help as you are not even replying to my emails. Users do not buy this app at all. Simple waste of money and no support

Download error and failed at 20% for large folder, after 1 hour. I've tried several times, still error. There was no another description. So I must give one star, so there will be improvement.

Downloads seemlessly but once I'm inside an album, its really cumbersome to advance to the next photo (by pressing back button on top). It could be easily implemented as swipe action.

Why this app interface and any feature inside is same like Faceloader app? Only premium plans is different. And still same like before, I can't see any pages or group I followed, and I can't access my photo too, except browse on facebook and open one by one to download it. How to use batch download?

I wanted to download all my Facebook albums before I closed my account and this app did exactly that. It was fast and easy. I had to purchase the pro version but it was worth every penny of the price. A hearty well done to the developer! Great app.

I purchased this app because they advertised about pro version that it will allow to download the videos of liked page but after purchase I didn't see any changes in the app or I could download any video. I need a refund as soon as possible otherwise I will open the dispute with my credit card

I lost all my favorite pictures from my phone,had a very special one of my fur baby,with this app,I was able to get it back, forgot I had uploaded it to Facebook,now I have it again,made me so happy,I cried,is there any way to take down a. Album,I found more pictures but am unable to download them,is there another way to? Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart please people,use this app, it's fantastic,kisses and hugs

Edit: Umm, somethings wrong with the searching Person's album or all photo of that person for example: i search a Person that always post some Anime Pics and References when i click the person that i searched, the pictures that will appear is my own pictures. it should be his/her picture, right? and if i go to all photos its empty also in pages, its empty. why is that? hope you fix this coz i love this app for downloading some anime pics for references

UPDATE: Unable to download pics and the download features moved to the TOP of the page. Weird. It worked so well for months and now its over. It was fast, effective and efficient - I dont know what happened...?

This is exactly what I was looking for and I was surprised to find out that not only is it functional, it's surprisingly stable for a social media client/downloader and it's a very well put together interface. Kudos to the dev

So i downloaded and paid for 1 month because there is no free trial offer. I wanted to download a full album. Well guess what. It always stops at 96 photos and no matter how many times I tried, it won't go beyond that. Do not download, waste of time and money

even I click on the thumbnail to download an album. it does not show up. it shows that the album is empty. I emailed a week ago a yet to receive a response from the developer.

Great apps. But, would you please to make some kind of downloading process in apps it self, not just in notification, so user could make sure if their download has been finished or still downloading. Give you 4, and if you add downloading status in apps, i'd give you al stars "back". Thankyou.

App had no problem in sending me adds to subscribe but now that I have paid will not download or display any of my photos. Wont show anything from my page so what was the point of paying. If I want anything I have to manually add it which I could have just done without the app.

Paid 5 bucks and tryna download a comic album on FB, missing photos, what ended up getting downloaded were not in one album but spreaded thru out my whole gallery. A big mess that was hard to even delete, let alone putting in their destined folder. Dev please do REPLY and FIX. I really want to refund now.

The app design and performance are good to use. If it can show the number of total images before download itself, it will help us.
