This app constantly fails to verify my info for days making it useless leaving me to go online an redo my stuff and that doesn't always work as the website itself is trash with it's security code and login ID not working as its keeps saying that a temporary security code was sent though I never receive one or I get one hours pass the 15 minute timelimit and contacting them doesn't help either

I've been using this app for quite some time now and its convenience with tracking transactions made, as well as making credit payments, makes it a staple of mine. I also noticed that there's an option to have your credit score monitored using the app (and being s member of course) so the value is even greater overall. When I first started using the app I was a bit confused however because the names on my different accounts weren't for example "checking" "savings" "credit".

While I enjoy using the fingerprint verification feature this app opens very slowly.

App works very well. Only downfall I have and it's more with the institution then the functionality of the app is the mobile deposit. It takes WAY too long to have funds available when doing mobile deposit. Just easier to take a check to the bank and deposit and have funds available same day.

App not working after an update was installed what do I need to do? All the other apps work. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times. I just get an error messages that said to call for assistance. But it doesn't have a number to call.

Very easy to opperate

It won't let me in the app. It opens and then shuts me out. I've never had a problem until now. Is it because I went from a 4G to a 5G? I will change my rating once this gets fixed.

Trying to add a bill and it won't let me type more than 3 letters then locks up saying it's searching. Can't go back, exit, or do anything. Have to go to to the task list and force close it.

It was a good app for a while then all of a sudden I think it got a virus because it made my phone crash twice and I uninstalled it and now my phone is perfectly fine now, I think this app needs to be fixed

WILL THIS SO-CALLED APP EVER WORK AGAIN? BEEN DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS. WHY EVEN OFFER IT, YOU OBVIOUSLY SUCK AT THIS. MOST UNRELIABLE APP I'VE EVER HAD TO RELY UPON. Good luck if it snows out, unbelievably bad. Only works 1 in 5 attempts to view your account. Really low class, cheaply made, bad servers. Terrible update , doesn't tell you balances after transactions anymore. The only reason a bank would remove this is to confuse their customers. Quite a shady move DCFCU

Good app but takes forever for checks to deposite over the mobile app. I've had a payment pending for over 3 days now. I shouldn't have to call for the money to be approved

I've had to get temporary passwords and the app doesn't give an option for me to reset my password. Anyone else having these problems?

Have had to re-download multiple times on different occasions for it to work. This last time I was hours away from home without cash and couldn't transfer money because they wouldn't accept my password and the office is closed

Love this app! Even though I miss the friendly Tellers at DCFCU, this app is convenient for regular banking needs! Kudos to the creators!

Wish there was a calculator in the app so I could figure out what was still pending. I also wish you could look at what was pending.

App is not supported on the new Samsung S22 phone.

Poor communication. I've been a member for years. And I've been trying to save money and it is my fault I forgot but I never got a call or email about me being delinquent. I will be pulling my accounts as soon as I pay them off
