While the app is very straight forward and easy to use, my service area of Tampa, FL is lacking in available vehicles. I understand peak hours around lunch but even before and after, waits are 40 minutes to over an hour. The service is on good if you know you're going to use it well in advance. Even still, you have to snipe the app for the ride times. 2 stars for over ease of ACTUALLY getting the ride when you need it.

I love this app more so recently with everything going on it helps me get to work BUT this huge error page has been popping up and when I click continue I can't see a map at all. It's extremely difficult and I don't even know if a driver is coming or not.

The timing is all off (Ex. if I put in information for a ride the estimated time blinks 15 mins. then when i actually hit the request ride button now its at 73 mins.) There have been to many times when i request a ride and it shows 10 mins and then it keeps pushing the time back and im waiting 30 or 45 minutes for a ride!!!

Mike is a nice man. Your app algothm is broken this year. Every time we have used it, it counts UP not down. Today it started at 5 mins then 6 mins the 5 mins then 7 mins then 6 mins then 5 mins then 6 mins. We know you are busy. Last year you were busy too. And the app rarely counted backwards. Plse roll back to last year's algorithm. We will use another Sevice in the mean time. And app email support - no send to We need the info below to identify your account. Please do not modify. ---

Contacted a driver through the app 1 hour prior to our dinner reservation. Our driver, Norris got there in less than 30 minutes and we made our reservation minutes early. Norris was polite and knowledgeable and we were picked up timely at the end of the evening I would recommend anyone visiting Savannah to use the service.

I've gotten 17 texts to reset my password. If the app works I think it's terrific. 1 star for hope

App starts and stops constantly, doesn't provide accurate arrival time or estimated wait time for drivers, and is unreliable.

It wont stay open more than 2 seconds. can't even create an account.

the app doesn't open 90% of the time and freeezes my phone.

App is very buggy, cant even log in.

The drivers are sometimes horrible. Got kicked out last night because I spoke Spanish and apparently the driver was racist and kicked me out of the car.

Love the concept and most days it works well. My only complaint would be that when I schedule a ride and it says "50 minutes" then they are here in 15, I have to cancel and re-enter my ride request and it puts you all the way at the end and you end up waiting way longer than the original ride. It's a bit inconvenient when that happens; I end up just walking which messes up my schedule a bit. It'd be nice to try to schedule rides ahead of time, like a 15 minute window or something.
