To begin using the Doyle's Taxi Hail application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone # and Password)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation email you receive)
• Login to the app (Email & Password)
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.

The Doyle's Taxi Hail application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30 days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favorite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

The app doesn't work half of the time. I've been charged for cabs that don't see to show in there system. My son has almost lost his job because of their lies. Tell you a cab will be there in 10-15 and 5 calls and hour later it shows up. Not the first time time either.

It stopped being able to locate. Checked all phone settings, re-installed and still nothing. Also crashes when you try to use call button. [Edit 1/28] after numerous attempts, the cab company hasn't fixed or acknowledged issues. Uninstalled.

Do not use this. They will still your money if you book through this app and then pay in cash at the end of the ride. The drivers aren't aware or ingore the fact that it's a prepaid ride. And make you pay in cab. Avoid this company.

The drivers are always so friendly and polite and interact with their customers, but the app won't let you book the rife it keeps telling me their is an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens

Does not work. Will not give you a confirmation number good thing that I called the cab company. Could not go back in and edit and change time will not use this app again.

awesome and for the most part all the drivers are easygoing people who are incredibly good at making their passengers comfortable... I really like that aspect of Doyle's yellow checkered cabs...

I Use Doyle's Pretty Much on a Daily Basis, and I Would Just Like To Say That Out Of **ALL** Your Drivers Put Together....I Would Without A Doubt Say That Your ""* 2 ""* Drivers, 》☆Todd☆《 AND 》 ☆ Bo☆《 Would Definitely Be The Best Ones. They Both Are Very Respectful, n Very Friendly, and They Both Are GREAT Cautious Drivers and They Both Put Their Passengers / Customers, Concerns, Needs, n Wishes # 1. They don't let drivers know anything about any of their cab's being robbed or that anyone was hurt everyone hears it on the news. The GPS isn't very good on directions. And alot of their vehicles have issues that aren't being taken care of and they are risking lives with some of their van's. Dispatchers are very rude. The app isn't the best either u can't even request a driver u have had before u have to call in so how is the app more convenient?
