The City of Prague, in cooperation with the Prague Public Transit Company, provides convenient and instant access to all the relevant information needed for care-free travelling by public transport in Prague.
Find the best connection that is available within the Prague Integrated Transport system, check the departure times of the individual connections, for example, from the stop where you are right now or purchase a ticket

- thanks to the DPP INFO application you can do all these things in just a matter of seconds. In the event of any planned or unplanned event taking place within the network of the Prague public transport system that could jeopardise your timely arrival at your destination, the application additionally does not hesitate to point it out to you right away while you are still planning your journey to enable you to choose an alternative route.

The functions of the DPP INFO application additionally always include up-to-date information concerning the status of the barrier-free facilities (i.e. lifts and platforms) in the Prague Metro stations and the number of vacant spots available in specific P + R (park and ride) car parks and a detailed overview of the available traffic diagrams.

* Please note that for use of the SMS ticket it is necessary to have the Premium SMS service activated by your operator. The SMS ticket can be purchased only by means of a SIM card pertaining to Czech operators.

Was apparently able to login, buy tickets, but when rushing the subway and activating said tickets I had to suddenly fill in personal info and take a selfie... Of course just as I got inspected, who of course fined me for being past the ticket area without a valid ticket. Maybe make sure people don't get unexpected unskippable fields after they bought tickets? Also no English translation for pass purchasing, and who knows what else is missing if something so simple is missing.

Useless, if ticket checking guy enters tram behind you. Ended up buying ticket and paying fine for not active ticket. Ticket activation takes 2 minutes or so, but no warning about that anywhere in the app.

I can't sign up so that I can buy passes. The app tells me that I should check email but no email nver arrives (I've been waiting nearly 24 hours). But if I repeat the process it now does tell me that the user is already inn use ... If I try to log in it tells me I need to complete the verification. Looks like it will loop for ever like this.

Activation email from the app never came. Had to call the customer service to resend it. After that it works so far OK but loading time could be faster. Its quite bothering when inspector checking my ticket has to wait like 15 secs until my app will load the ticket eventually.

Just paid 1000 CZK fine because the app did not notify me my yearly pass expired. So it failed at the one thing I expected from it. Also no history in the app so I couldn't even show the ticket inspector my pass must have expired just days ago.

Good app, but I found some things confusing as a tourist in Prague. I'm sure there are workarounds with practice, but most people will use it once and it should be transparent and efficient right away... In the end, we preferred to use Moovit for planning. - it seems on the map you can not easily find some tourist attractions. E.g. a search for Charles Bridge returns nothing. Instead you must already know where it's around and pick a station near it, or know its Czech Name to search for. - it has a 2 minute countdown before ticket activation happens, which was an uncomfortable surprise. We validated just after boarding so we worried that didn't have valid tickets for a while. I guess it's for a reason but the app didn't tell us this beforehand. - the route planner was not straightforward to use, it was difficult for us to compare the routes it offered, or to spot where the transfer points are on the map. All in all, we ended up purchasing tickets on the trams with PayPass when available instead of the app, and we preferred Moovit for planning, because its search was much better, it suggested faster, cleaner routes with less transfers, and also told us at which stop we must get down. Still, it's a good app to have around and purchase tickets when you can't in the stop or on the vehicle itself, much better than in some other cities.

UPD: Clearing data didn't bring any positive results either, neither did another re-installation. I even tried creating acc. Unable to purchase any tickets! It gives me "Fare not found" error and the ticket prices displayed in the app are outdated. For instance, starting from Aug 1, 2021 the 90min single ticket costs 40czk, but the app still shows the old 32czk price. I have already tried re-installing the app from scratch, but it didn't make any changes. Guys, it is amost the middle of August.

"Aplication not installed from official source" is not something the person checking tickets will be happy with seeing when you open the app to show him your ticket. The app was decent but this is a big flaw in something that is built for this specific purpose.

The tranfer of passes is a great addition... if it would work. I transferred the passes and when i needed to validate it in a regional bus, it didn't work via NFC. The bus didn't have any QR code scanner. Lucky the driver was nice and saw the passes on my phone. Great idea, very poor implementation.

works great for basic usage (connection searching, purchasing single tickets) on Nokia 7+ with Komerční Banka MasterCard. the new version released in May 2019 is significantly improved: I can now see my yearly pass on the app and when buying tickets, the pass is automatically taken into account, so the ticket needs to be purchased only for the part of the ride uncovered by the pass. There are a few remaining issues, but nothing which prevents me to give a 5 star rating.

When I'm searching for a connection and change the From field I'd like the To field not to change, especially since I just set it to my destination. Stop changing the filled-in fields, it's that simple. Support isn't any win either. When there was a service outage they only bothered to respond to my email _after_ it was fixed and the email was written in condescending tone implying why am I even writing, it's working right now. No acknowledgement of their fault at all.

Due to the 2 minute activation of the ticket, a lot of people get fined because they activate it a few seconds too late. With busses/trams being delayed often, this is an issue as you can't know exactly when to activate the ticket! Please remove this rule and activate the tickets immediately!

The app works fine, easy to buy tickets, see public transport connections and you even get live updates. My main issue is that they've increased the ticket prices by at least a third and it's now too expensive for me to travel around Prague via public transport and more often than not it's cheaper to travel by car :( Real shame

At first, I couldn't get the discounted fare for tickets due to my age, but it turns out you need to go to the main office at Namesti Republiky to verify your date of birth. Other than this minor issue (which wasn't written anywhere in the app), it works great and is extremely practical. Thank you to the developer for a fast response to my issue and for making such a useful app.

Averall usefull app but we encountered a bug. Bought two tickets - used the "transfer ticket" option to pass one of them to my wife. The ticket "left" my account and she received an email that I shared a ticket with her. But there's no ticket at her account... It has been three days now and the ticket simply got lost somewhere on the way to her app... They customer support promised to refund the ticket cost.

I search a route and it suggests me a ticket for this route as well as automatically adds the time when the ticket activates itself. But the problem is that that suggested time is when the bus is supposed to leave the station, not arrive. So when the bus arrives and I get in, my ticket isn't valid yet and drivers are looking at me like it's my fault. Even when I choose to manually activate the ticket when needed, it still adds some waiting time and does not activate the ticket right away.

Notifications for an expired yearly (!) ticket did not work!! Your ticket can expire, you don't receive any notification (even when turned on in the app), get fined the very first day and any form of a refund from the app provider is arrogantly rejected!

App is looking good. But I have major problem: cannot buy more then two tickets at once. Anytime I tried to buy let's say 4 tickets, card is declined, but when I tried to buy 2 tickets with the same card everything goes well. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm using this card for online purchases normally without any problems.
