It allows the uploading of documents but there's no way to enlarge/zoom the photo to make sure the image isn't blurry. You have to submit and hope that it's legible. Also, there's no "Other" option when you're submitting a document that doesn't fall into the pre-assigned categories. The document I was asked to submit didn't fall into any category listed, so I just selected one.

It's a useful app, but a little more complicated than it needs to be. Why, on android, can we not log in with our fingerprint or phone pin number? Also, a suggestion: make balances available on the home screen instead of in a folder within a folder. It would make for a better user experience all around.

Excellent, it's awesome to be able to take care of everything that I need to do, that has to do with the government, that usually would take me hours on hold, and days before I can finish what needed to be done, all in ten minutes, from start to finish. Granted, inorder for me to have it this way, because they figured out away to allow me access to do the work myself. Which I would do gladly, just so I don't have to repeat my reason of calling Everytime I'm transferred. Gladly.

The app is terrible. You can't access electronic notices, you have to go to the dpss website for that and that site only works if you're on a computer, not a smart phone. It's a poorly designed and programmed app to go along with a poorly designed and programmed website.

I can't get into the app. I push the proper buttons and it Crashes over and over I tried updating, unistalling, reinstalling and Nothing. I thought the Bug was fixed. This is Extremely Inconvenient especially now when we're practicing Stay at Home and No Contact. What is going on? When will this Bug be resolved? We need this app. Now

Theres something wrong here. I already had the app on my phone from years ago. So the app open, but when I entered my case # and info all I got was, "Incorrect info please try again." I decided 2 delete and reinstall it, but when that was done I couldn't get into the app. It just crashed. Most of us have upgraded phones. Wonder if has sumthing 2 do w/that? I download the app on my old tablet and the app works and open fine...However whenever I enter my info I still get wrong info ...try again.

If disabled..can be a very way good way to do complete documents, provide doc's and check your benifits without calling or taking a trip to office. The only difficulty is getting set up on the App. For me took some time but it was a challenge and that made it a big success. Please try if you have the correct device. 🙂

Garbage, whoever signed off on this should be fired. No actual functionality, app crashes when you go to use it. Any app should have the same features available as desktop. Otherwise it's useless.

Anything in the app works for me, never had an issue. Easy to use, but it's a simple app, wish it had a few more features so it could be an alternative to using their website. Other than that, it's great.

It was easy to use but the finish button would not light up to send anything..i was with them for over an hour trying to send my verication documents..nothing.. He seemed to have more upload buttons than i had..

Yes was good when it was working on an older phone, when is the developer going to wake up and fix it. It's is not working on the new phones there's enough people who stated this please get on it and fix it, people need this app.

Everytime I open the app it says "connectivity issue" even though I have WiFi. Then when I try to login in the app says "the system is down" what a garbage app

Useless App! I always get an error message everytime! The Website is worse! Contacting customer service is the most frustrating experience ever! This organization doesn't care about people at all!

This app is not working at all. App wont open. After an un and reinstalling the app crashes when prompted to log into case. This has been going on for months now.

It's a useful app. My complaint is why does the maintenance downtime have to happen during both days of the weekend? That's when most people have time off of work to use EBT for groceries. It's too often.

This app is great, but there are some problems. Sometimes this app doesn't want to work properly. Hopefully they can work out all the Kinks.

Crashes immediately! Cannot even login. It crashes every single time no matter what. Restart app. Restart phone. Uninstall. Reinstall. Crashes.

Can't log in and it's been saying connectivity issue for over a month! They need to fix it ASAP.

The app only works if you do not have any type of security lock on your phone, but then you can't save your info in the app without a lock on your phone. The developer needs to fix this bug.

Every since I upgraded to a Galaxy S10+, I can't login to my case. It automatically boots me out over and over again. Very frustrating! Tried a different EBT app but I'd rather use official app of DPSS.

I love how they have a QR7 section that explains to you how the upload process works and that's all it does. They must have tucked away the actual upload part somewhere else. Yeah, this sure sounds like the Dpss we all know and love. "Make it as confusing and frustrating as possible. That's our motto."

Confusing. I never find out how to make an apptment. And only requested me to send a message but nothing about the appt. I also try to call by phone to my case manager and I couldn't. My card is not working now. I am desperate. Will go to the 6Th street office today and see what happens.

Nice very cool app if u receive assistance easy login easy to find information i dig this app. Although it does b out for maintenance a lot. However when its working it works fine.

The app never works! It's always down for maintenance! What's the point of the app if it never work!?

Easy to use, convenient for turning in your 6 month review for replication.

App was helpful but update has made it so the app no longer works at all. I download it and click the link to log in and nothing happens.

Navigation is easy. Platform needs improvement because of back log and delays but overall it runs pretty smooth.

On my s10 it crashes every time i click in my case window i restarted my phone like 20 times uninstalled this app 20 times and still nothing works, but on my ipad everything is working properly idk if is the phones or what.

I got the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G. Every time I attempt to open this to log into it for the first time, it closes and shuts down. I've NEVER been able to get passed the first screen.
