I really like the 3 hour reminder to eat and the daily habit tracker. As a night shift worker I keep getting sent back to the beginning because I have a 6-7 hour gap in the day when I don't eat (I am sleeping). There are a few glitches in the app as well. On occation the healthy weight habits portion for the day doesn't show up but it always comes back the next day. There should be an option to edit information. My graph looks like I lost 100lbs in 1 week because of an entry error.
Has some bugs. I had a 4 week streak going but then it went back to days 2 and 3 and reset them so that when I click on them they are labeled days 1 and 2. So now my days are numbered 1, 1, 2 ... I think it has to do with the way the notification panel is set up. Really hoping for a bug fix. Also, the description says it has resources like recipes, but it doesn't really...
Pretty basic inputting. But I liked being able to put in when I'd eaten, and the idea of getting notifications and the times of when I should eat again. But the hours were always off for the time I was supposed to eat next, and by the time for my final meal, all my inputs were cleared out. It seems like there needs to be a setting for different time zones.
The app was working great for me from November until yesterday (3/15/2022). For some reason, today I cannot enter my fueling times. I can only enter what and the Stop Choose Challenge. Please fix, because otherwise the app is useless. Also, please make it easier to find and enter the weight, don't tie that to waist circumference, and let us be able to default to pounds and inches.
Keep getting error messages so then I checked for updates. Installed those and still error messages. I don't like that I reminds me about my next meal halfway in between my meals. Needs to be set up where we can customize timing on reminders. I would set mine to 15 mins before. This is my first week and so far I don't really see a need for this app. I already write my stuff down in my guide.
I'm only 2 weeks in & haven't been able to use the food portion of the app. No green shows up to log my food. Very discouraging. The app could be so much more. It tells me every morning that I didn't log my food. I have an android. My coach to, but when she Uninstalled, re- inst. It worked for her. The food list should be added to the app. Would be user friendly in so many more ways. The paper is old school. At this point I'd just like to log my food & have it stop telling me I didnt😕 PLEASE
App never works, have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling plus reset password almost daily to get access. And that isn't a guarantee it will work! Maybe it works better on iPhone but I have an Android and this is horrible!
I hate this app. It is not convenient and you have to enter too much information every day in order to unlock information and functions. For example, you can't save your weight information without also entering your waist circumference. You also can't enter the next meal entry directly, you have to click the + button which advances in 15 min increments. Very inconvenient.
Terrible app... sometimes it works but mostly it doesn't. Can't log my meals... only water. Uninstaller. I kept changing the settings and it said it would show the next day but it never did.
Love what the app is SUPPOSED to do and be. But it crashes all of the time. It also continues to send notifications from previous days no matter how much I deleted them.
I'm not able to put in that I am doing 4&2 plan. It is difficult to figure out how to input new weight. It said that I could connect to my Google fit later but couldn't so I had to create a new account. It needs to be a lot more user friendly.
I loved how this constantly reminded me, but then some days, it just doesn't, and I can't input food, then it marks me as not doing it. 🙃 The 3rd time this has happened & now I have all these notifications I haven't entered my habits or weight but the buttons & options are all missing. Stinks since I rely on this for my meal times with baby and move. It kills my schedule when I don't have it. I don't have time to be trying to fix it.
I liked the reminders to eat, but the tracker stopped working after less than a month, and it keeps shutting down. Very frustrating
The app is no longer working properly. The notifications have stopped all together. Things that were working previously no longer there.
I don't do videos and sound. I'd rather read so I can do my media without bothering everyone around me. Once I realized I had to watch videos I uninstalled this. Sorry guys.
My fueling reminder stopped working yesterday 😥. Please fix this bug. I'm only on week 3. I took screenshots but it dosnt have a place to attach them. Also, the weight and bmi weekly check in won't save after I enter my info. This is so disheartening
Not very reliable. Just started program and the notifications stopped working. Also badges aren't showing complete when completed.
The app says I've missed a day when I've entered everything in exactly right. So it's never letting me progress out of the first two habits. It's discouraging. I would like a more noticeable reminder too for eating. It just shows up in my notifications in a long line of others which I don't constantly check. I'm going to uninstall and see if it changes anything. I would at least like the reward of unlocking another habit.
