I personally recommend this app. Even though you may not be fasting it gives effective and specific prayer points. It has relevant, deep and eye opening sermons and daily devotions from the man of God. It gives reminders several times a day. That way it helps you to be more accountable in your prayer life and communion with God.

it's a wonderful experience using the app... would be better if the downloaded messages could be viewed in my files outside the app( as they disappear after a while (In app)...

Preavhings, teachings, Prayer points , morning devotions and everyday sermons are really helping to connect me to the God of fire. It's a full package. With 70 days fasting there is no clear direction on how to do it and when to break during the day.
