What’s more is that you can also find other information (Lab address, Opening timings, Contact numbers, Payment modes, Photos etc…) also on the app.
- Health Checkups: Separate section only pertaining to the Health Checkup packages is also being made available on the app for a faster navigation. Choose from a range of Full Body Health checkups, Lipid Profiles, Thyroid Profiles and Diabetes Checkups

Each and every time I open the app, I have to login, ID & Password resetting every time. Many members added, add option is there but removing is not possible. Overall bad experience
The help chat is pretty bad. Constantly giving some automated technical excuse why info requested cannot be submitted. The chat input box gets covered by standard keyboard, so one is typing blind. Do fix this. Even on two different phones with different keyboards this problem exists, so it is a problem in the app. My order placed on phone does not appear under orders in the app. Ridiculous!
I used the app in the past and while the UI/UX was a bit disappointing but it did the main job of booking and showing the results flawlessly. The latest update I feel is a bad mistake. I open the app it says I am missing an app update and gives me 2 options, update and close. I click on update it brings me to this page where it shows that there are no pending updates. I uninstalled the app, re-started my phone same issue. So now I can't go through my reports and book additional tests.
Very bad experience.I am a Doctor and I needed some necessary tests as for healthcare workers.I put all my tests in my cart and didn't finish my order, i got a call from a executive and she said she will finish my order.She put two tests for the same disease and skipped one disease totally🤦.I didn't not even get a invoice of the tests she selected, finally saw the pending reports and realised they have skipped one tests totally.So i paid extra for an unnecessary test and wasted previous time.
Poor service. I was informed that the invoice has been sent on line but on opening the link it shows the link has expired or I have already taken the survey
Technical glitch with the app. Have to try several times to login with OTP. OTP takes more than a minute to come hence have to keep on asking to resend it
Bad.Test results are not showing, when asked. There are several test reports on my name during the last 6 months or 1 year. But this app is showing " no test reports ". Ridiculous.
One of the useless app I ever saw. My name shows with different inititals as other patients. I never get to see comparably reports because of that. The studios app show my own reports as father, so, siblings etc. STUPID AND USELESS APP.
Worse app. The app is not in sync with the tests covered in the package. I booked Diabetes Basic Panal' which says 4 parameters are covered- sugar ff, pp, r and hba1c. However, they collected only ff sample and refused to collect pp sample after 2 hours. Even customer service is worse, they also refused.
Very helpful app...we have to book slot and they will come to our home for test..in this awful situation due to COVID-19 this app helps us so much we don't need to go outside for any tests
Even after payment, tests are not booked. Have to spend a lot of time in fixing it after talking to customer care number. I hope they fix it soon. The charts are not updated.. even when new reports are available the charts do not reflect their data. Things usually break after app update.
The worst app i have used. Twice it has happened that while opening the app a dialog box appears asking to update the app, when you click on update it shows no further update, when you close the dialog box it just closes the whole app. So disappointing.
I booked the slot today at 7am. Msg came at 7.30am that there is delay. I called up the contact number several times. No answer . No reply. What a unprofessional service. There new app also doesn't work. Will never ever book them for home collection. Worst services. I am not able to cancel it in the new unresponsive app. I have to get back the money that already paid.
You do all the hard work, fill info, upload forms, and choose a slot thats available, make payment, payment go thru successfully and then you get a message that the slot you chose is not available, and there's no way to alter that too. End result, you paid for a test already and there's no booking! This os pathetic! There's no email to write to, the customer care numbers are not responding. You dont expect this experience from the biggest path lab in the country. What a shame!
Have been using this app for a while and it works Somehow since today, it is stuck on a message that there is new version available. The only option is to update or close. The update does not work. I even re installed. But didn't work
This app is full of bugs. Even after paying full booking amount, didn't receive any booking confirmation. Tried many times to contact their customer support for refund but they didn't respond. It's a kind of cheat app. Please ignore it.
This feedback is for the latest update which is pathetic. Even after updating the app, everytime i am opening the app a pop up for new update is blocking me to access the app. And when i try to close the pop-up, it closes the app. Not able use it. Please fix whatever bug is there in this new update.
First experience with this app has proven the worst for me. I booked a test for my friend which costed me ₹3550. The money was deducted from UPI but after the payment, I was logged out of the website and when I relogined, there was no booking confirmation and absolutely no proof of the booking. I was scammed on the first use! Wow! What a great app. I do not recommend anyone to use this app. These are scammers! Looting money from people who are in need!
I had a reasonably good experience untill the last test which went horribly wrong. The platelet count & D - dimer values were shown outside the reference range. Both these values being highly important, we pushed the panic button and set up a consultation with our family Doctor late in the night with great difficulty. Our Doctor asked us to repeat the test in a different lab & results came within reference range. It caused significant mental stress to us.
Nice App. However some test aren't seen at the search .Also enable Autocomplete
It doesn't remember saved cards, there is no option to copy order id and paste in view report - > manual report download also my family member report is not coming in normal screen rather I have to go in manual report download
Doesn't work, not even their website shows the report. They have focused solely on collecting user information for marketing not on providing the basic utility.
Bahut hi wahiyaat aap hai and i request everyone to not get tests done by them, horrible service experience. If I am facing any problem, I want a solution not unnessesary preaching. I want my reports urgently but my profile is not getting registered, even after entering right email several times I get notified that my request is invaild, that means that my email is not wrong but there is some problem in their app, after contacting customer care, I still have no solution. Do not download.
Very irritating. Never manage a simple user interface.
Ordered two tests on seperate days. One was collected after repitive calls and late by 2.5 hours. For another no one even cared to inform that no one will come to collect the sample. It's just pathetic. They have a useless customer bot which doesn't work 99% of the time
Lal pathlabs app need to be optimised as i think they are using old code practices and not following best practices . It might be issue with the security too if you are not updating the code . If the app behave slow hac**r might get the loop hole to turn down the app.please optimise the app
Very poor service. The sample results are not given even after 72 hours. No grievance redressal system provided. No propercustomer care service Nobody replies on the email provided on their site. I had to undertake the test again from somewhere else in order to resume my office. Utterly dissapointed from the service
Booking directly is better than online or app. The person just don't show up and by himself reschedule the appointment. They claim to be the best in the country. Supervisors from customer care never come online. Noticed this in last 2-3 years
Excellent work, sample collection is being send in time and getting report in time.
Very poor experience. I received SMS that my Reports are ready and that I can view these through the App. Password as given has been tried but it shows invalid parameters. Even after registering on the App "No Reports" is displayed. Your Online System seems to be problematic as experienced two years back too. Getting through to your Customer Care and seeking assistance is equally difficult. Regret !!
