I haven't experienced bugs but the app is pretty slow and sluggish. The application isn't immediately intuitive but I don't struggle too much to find what I'm looking for.
The UX is sluggish somehow. lacks smoothness when it comes to navigate through the app. It's more of a desktop version rather than phone optimized application.
There is a bug with reminders. Whenever you select add reminder, it puts a reminder on the Google calender a day before the actual appointment date. Have to keep adjusting.
Services are good, but the app is super slow. You need to wait on every click for the app to load. It's very hard to use with such server speed.
Very convenient but i don't know why i can't add family members, i un installed the app then installed it and tried again, the app tells me family member added but no name appears.
It is a wonderful application which make our lives easier rather than the old fashioned process like other hospitals. Keep going
It notified me it can send me reminders for my prescriptions in the prescription section. Thing is, I cannot find this section anywhere!!! Not very user friendly.
Fetching available appointments is very slow for booking appointments!! And when booking it will take a minute to complete the booking
One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Can't log in to view your results after taking a COVID test. "File Number" is so arbitrary when the receipt has at least 6 different numbers to use on it, not that it matters because none of them work anyways. You'll have to drive back to the hospital the next day to receive your results vs printing them off at home. Then a separate issue, it doesn't register foreigners very well. After inputting personal data, the register button doesn't work.
I think the app can be more effective if the children can be added into both parent files. Currently, they are added into one parent file who has the same mobile Number.
you can't register after filling all my info i got an alert saying "you are not authorised to usethisservice"
It shows wrong data.. I went to the administration and they said they fixed it but still shows the wrong data. For both insurance effectiveness and DOB!
This thing does work sometimes ! Lets you log on after requesting authentication message twice..not the first time! Then it freezes after a handful of touches and you need to do the same exercise AGAIN Also, this thing shows you a message at the top right of the page, but no you can NOT access that because it is protected by some sort of a shadow banner! I have never seen anything as bad and frustrating. Worst is it came at a time i am following a patient in ICU fighting for thier life !!
Very bad CX. You cannot have access easily to customer service.
Its awful experience. The app is good but tye hospital is not. I booked the appointment at 9:15 am and waiting still and it 10:00 am. I had to go to office. But the hospital do not care. If you value time don't come to this hospital
Need to improve the speed but overall its a great app.
My nominated language is English, but you keep sending notifications in Arabic in a way that cannot be entered into a translation app. IT'S USELESS
The app is OK, except that it's impossible to save a delivery address for the medicine refill. Hence the option to refill is impossible.

This app has never been following Material/Apple design patterns. The UI is better with last update even though they lots of frown-upon components. However, the the UX has gotten utterly worse as many actions require more steps. For the development team, this update may seem intuitive and easy. That's simply because they worked on it for long. I truly believe there has been none/scarce user testings. Guys, it's easy. Outsource the design, and develop in-house.
Ridiculous app. Got a new phone. Try to get register using my old numbers and iqama file number. Says file don't exist. Then asks for date of birth. Once I give that it says that file exist. LoL. How do I make a login in new phone. This is ridiculous. Finally solution was found.
Very poor. Tried to call patient services and no one answers. Even asked for them to call three times and no one has called. Shocking service
Recent new bugs are detected in the app which needs to be fixed.
Overall I like the apps, easier for me to remember when it's my appointment. But I can't see the image of my ultrasound. It's written I need to change it into en-us so I can see it. But mine is already en-us. If I can't see the image at least just print out for me. Why you should stop to print out ultrasound results?
It would be helpful if the notifications could also be in English - not got a clue what these are about, otherwise app is quite good. Again, why can't notifications etc be sent in English? Total waste of time for expats who don't speak Arabic. This is not difficult to do.
