After update all data erased. No user can be added. Even log in error is there. After connecting through Bluetooth no user can be added, hence I cannot use the app. Neither I cannot use the BP machine. Kindly fix the error at earliest.
Good product. I would have appreciated more if there would have been an option for sharing the test results on whatsapp instead of email. Or else the app should ask for sharing the test results through email or whatsapp... Developer of the product may kindly note and implicate the change in software. It would be much appreciated by all people...
Totally disappointed with the new update. Firstly as soon as I log in the app crashes. On relaunch I found out all the profiles are gone along with all readings. In new update adding profiles are not getting saved. Totally unusable app. Should have tested thoroughly before pushing it to production. Device : one plus 5t Bp machine : 118 Please fix asap.
App keeps crashing and on re-login it says user record doesn't exist. Therefore we need to again register/join whereby old BP data gets vanished. Basically it's a useless app with no reliability. Download only for trial purpose.
I am using Samsung A6+ phone. I ordered the device twice from amazon and returned it as not able to connect through Bluetooth from this app. Considering device fault I ordered from Dr Trust web portal still now that device too showing connectivity issue like and failed to connect through Bluetooth.
After an update the app has stopped working, it became useless. No user can be added, neither I can log in from my account. Even I cannot measure the BP without a user. Please fix the error as soon as possible.
After updating the app is not working... existing data also get deleted. Unable to save user information and connect to Bluetooth.
Why this I check contect 118 is not auto switch off after 3 min. I have wait more than 20 Min . App is ok and userfull interface but problem with Device. This is like Remove is great but TV have a problem 😚
As a developer. The application was disappointing because of the user never know the exact contact number detail so that the user will never be register or join the application. Hence put a details required to proceed the next step.
I have recently bought the machine A One Max. Though I liked it but it is not sending email to the given email ids and also I am not able to register it for extended warranty. No confirmation received post several attempt.
It was better if it synced between all devices with the same user id.... I expected that, bt was deeply saddened with lack of that feature....
The app was great. But it needs an update. Duplicate profiles of patients is created. I mean a same name has two profiles.
This app not able to connect with A one max connect machine. Seems it's function are not enabled. I purchased the device with Bluetooth enabled.

This time after the update, I got all my data. Good to work, I like this application and save measurements according to the list of users.

This app is ok. The machine is clunky has a heavy draw on the battery. The USB only powers the screen, not the air pump.

After pressing icon for mail, every time it shows "sending email failed ". Otherwise it works fine.
Good application, to connect the device with mobile phone through Bluetooth GPS should be on. Modifications are required in the application that it should ask to set GPS in on position before connecting the device.
I love this app. It is so easy to use and I love the fact that I can go back on it and see my connected health pressure results from days before.
Working well ,but they should include timer function so as to take measurements after 3-5 minutes so as to get an average reading! Atleast 2-3 times
It is good but sending email is not working now. App shows "sending email failed". Earlier it was working.
So fustrating, after spending all my data to download could not regist er, inserted my phone number and the app keep telling me to inser a cirrect phone number. Gush.
I was using the Dr Trust Smart Scale and this is my second connected device from Dr Trust. Both apps are very useful but I wish you combine both in one app.
At some times sufficient time available for saving data in mobile app because there appears Save button and we can save if we want but sometimes the bp datas disappears quickly from mobile app without givinf time to save in mobile storage, Why?then how to synchronise instrument data with mobile? Moreover if we want to delete some data from bp instrument there is no provision for that. Only whole datas can be deleted. There is no option to synchronise stored bp instrument datas with mobile.
