Dragons taxi Newport it terrible for service and value for money. Often the driver will charge you more then what was stated. Maps are out of sync and needs to be refreshed every second to keep in real time.... The development of the app seems to deteriorated. It won't allow to save or and use cards registered on the account meaning you'll need to jump out at an ATM. I've been recently charged £5.00 by a driver however my receipt stated £3.50.... Some taxi drivers are unprofessional, rude and selfish. They spend all their time talking to friends or family when driving not showing no customer service skills at all.
For the second time in a fortnight period, ordered a taxi by app...got the taxi but again the payment let it down. This time recieved the text message whilst in the taxi to do the payment by card but when I clicked on it I had a screen that said journey not found. Showed taxi driver and s what I had received. Asked him to raise it to the office for further investigation. As said I previous review would have been 5 stars if they sort payment issue. Reported by email as per previous review
It's impossible to pay by card through the app which is just silly. The "priority service" is just laughable, I booked a cab an hour in advance and got to work half an hour late. The office are rude and unhelpful, they push the drivers to take on more jobs than is reasonable which leads to poor service and late cabs. Give up and try again Dragon
Don't use this service guys,they take money from your account anyhow. The drivers charged extra money from the fixed price. They lied l waited at cash point which didn't. I feel so cheated about this action and so disappointed. I won't be using this service anymore. If you still want to use them it's better you don't register your account details so they don't charge you anyhow,
installed app, couldn't register, so had to uninstall. Now got pop up ads on phone, never had them before trying to install app and can't get rid of them. cheers guys, now have to back up phone and factory reset.
Its great when it works! If it says there's a 2 minute wait time then I expect to wait 2 minutes to be assigned a driver. Been late too many times because its taken A LOT longer for the car to arrive than it states.
Booked taxi over half hour before I needed it and told there's a 40 min delay (from time booked FOR and not FROM). App doesn't update to show accurate timescales, now too late to get home another way.
Beware! This app appears to allow you to book taxis in advance. However, the firm does not honour a booking time and essentially you go in a queue for a taxi at your booking time. Thus if you made a booking you can wait for nearly an hour passed the booking time for a taxi.
Ordered a taxi 5-6 hours in advance. Pointless. Was still pending 10 mins after it was due to arrive. Phoned them and they confirmed the same.
Despite booking well in advance they never arrive on time. Basically cannot manage their fleet of cars even when booked over 30 minutes in advance.
Booking for a specific time does not give you a taxi at that time, making you late for whatever you needed as they arrive far too late. Disappointing.
Will never use dragon taxis again,used the app to order a cab,they seem to bypass orders on the app and leave you waiting hours!
Rip off... a fare that's usually £10 they charged *£16.50 And they charged £1 something separately...Never again!
Triwd to book on app before deleting it. It shpuld be more easier to use.
Your drivers charge differently from the actual fixed price, not ok.

Do not use this service. Trust me I used them for 2 years and put up with their s*** service for no reason.

Somebody is literally booking taxi's using my account somehow and there's no way for me to stop them
Rang taxi and was prompted to download the app. I'll give it a whirl u thought. Registered my details and debit card and made my first booking. Half hour after booking time I receive alert to say car on route, then a missed call and another alert to say booking cancelled. Rang office who advised car turned up but we weren't there. I was stood outside my house in a culdisac while this ghost cab apparently arrived. Office advised no other cabs available. No apologies. As a result I now miss my train and can't go to the concert I have tickets for. I appreciate they may be busy but not good enough. Avoid!
Ok needs a section to book taxis for others. (It's step-daughter emergency transport). Also an address book or link in from Google maps.
I dont know why but your drivers change price all the time... why apl shows 3,80 and taxi driver ask for 4.80???
A shame the app doesnt allow feedback so the only way to provide it is here. Times quoted are very ambitious. Only used it once but rubbish service has convinced me that calling a taxi company that will dispatch a driver on time is better than using an app for a company that doesn't show up when they say
Cars from the app rarely on time. Spent 20 minutes in a phone queue chasing car from app listening to promotions for the app to encourage me to book with that instead. When I finally got through operator ironically said "Don't rely on the app" for larger groups. Ended up all late to Christmas party. Good company and great drivers but need to work on actually sending app cars on time or communicating with people who have booked on the app who they can't fulfil on time.
