Dragon Trader - Casual RPG
Dragon Trader is a Dopewars inspired turn-based trading sim/rpg hybrid, with gameplay elements from Drug Wars, Sid Meyer's Pirates and Elite but optimizing the "buy low, sell high" experience for 5 minute-long game sessions on the go, allowing one handed, portrait-orientation mobile gameplay. Casual RPG and roguelike elements (managing equipment, fighting monsters to get rewards, random events) are added to the trading sim formula for an engaging hybrid! You’ll have to choose between the different tasks at hand, making meaningful tactical or strategical choices, but each task is simple to execute, allowing expert players to play a casual, almost idle RPG experience...until they choose to add depth by playing different game lengths and harder difficulties, and competing in special challenges! Game features:
- 4 difficulty settings (easy, normal, hard, nightmare) and 4 different game lengths (20, 30, 50, 365 days). A casual or hardcore gaming experience? You decide!
- More than 20 different enemies to interact with; avoid them, or gain gold and fame bounty hunting!
- 9 different kind of goods to trade; over 20 pieces of equipment to turn the odds in your favor, including weapons, armor and magical spells to upgrade your hero’s arsenal!

I really really love this tiny little game, and I recommend it to anyone who might be hesitant to at least give it a try! It doesn't take up much size, but is super fun and a bit challenging, still! Though there are difficulty settings you can change, so it's not unplayable to some who would rather play easy, or too easy for those who rather play on hard. Again, it's a super fun game, and I really recommend it!
This shows that games don't need major designs or to be big to be super fun to those who play it, economics is my favorite subject, yet I don't see many games that are based on economics. Overall, this is a original game idea that is super fun to play when you have spare time.
Love the game. My biggest complaint is if you buy no ads (not the no ads/full unlock bundle) you then have to pay thd full price for unlocking all challenge modes to be accessed. if you guys removed the no ad purchase, and just removed ads when people unlocked content, I will definitely give 5 stars.
Don't you just love it when you just found a game or an app, downloaded it, and you just knew from the very beginning that this time you're going to go straight to playstore to submit a 5 star? Thanks for that. And thanks for making dope wars type this cool. Even if I may put on some critics, it's about remaining loan readability and enemies aesthetics.
Fun game! If you've ever played Dope Wars or similar games, Dragon Trader is basically that with a fantasy theme. It's not time consuming but you might find yourself playing several games in a sitting.

Good games tend to wear out their fun after a week or so, but not this game. Ive had this game for months now and i keep coming back. Its add free, wifi free, addictive, challenging and just a genuinely good game. Please just play it, you won't regret it!
love the game, you can make a lot of money and pay back the dragon early. could be better if there was more towns and some more actual story but overall very decent.

I enjoy the game, but I've played a few times and almost got my ending amount 30-40x the starting amount but it still isn't enough to pay back the loan so it seems like the repayment of the loan is a bit too high especially for being on easy mode, it is slightly difficult to get a hang of, but the challenge is definitely nice compared to other games.
I play d&d and one of my characters broke off from her party to become a trader but, it's a hard thing to simulate - this game does it perfectly. Challenging enough to frustrate you but not so hard that you can't ever accomplish the goal. Well, well done!!
Its a short fun, but I want more depth than just moving town and collecting gold. Good effort though Edit : i will give more star if i could because i just found out you guys made dopewars!!! I love that game
Its a really fun game, its under rated if you ask me. I wish their was more updates or just more content in the game.
Variation of Dope Wars. Pretty hard overall. I've played about 30 times and only been able to repay the loan once. I think the loan repayment should definitely be lower.
Wonderful little stock market simulator with an rpg theme to it.
like the game overall , i wish it had a bit more to it tho, perhaps future content update. I was also able to somehow cause a minor bug , I went to sell my water , instead of long pressing to sell all , I used the quantity screen , I managed to sell my inventory twice , i think by rapid clicking. As well as getting paid for it 2 x , it created - water in the trade screen giving me more wagon space. The next few times I bought water however the water vanished and the extra inventory space too.
