In the Kana table, you can check the following items of Hiragana and Katakana:

The strokes are animated smoothly. The pronunciations are Japanese native speaker pronunciations.
Flashcards
Flashcards have words on the front and information such as meanings and example sentences on the back. You can check them repeatedly until you memorize them. This feature can also play pronunciation. Therefore you can use it not only for memorization but also for repeating and dictation. Besides, you can select the flashcard to use by the card you do not memorize, the part of speech of the word, etc.

This is the app I've been looking for!! I needed something to push me a little harder in learning to read and this app does the trick. Ive pretty much got katakana and hiragana down and I needed that little extra step. A lot of it is in japanese so it forces you to read it out loud which REALLY helps in memorization and your reading skills. This app does for me what every other japanese app couldn't and I'm just absolutely in love. It's truly made me want to study more!
I was surprised and happy about the new updates, being able to access my n4&n5 purchased lessons even offline is a great improvement. This app is really good for drilling vocabulary and usage in actual sentences used in everyday life in Japan. Also, I can now save my progress. This app is almost perfect. It was worth the pay! Had to stop using it right off the bat because of the terrible pronunciation of hiragana. Sounds like they got someone from India to make the sounds instead of a native Japanese speaker. For example they pronounce え and い exactly the same. It will say that you got the answer wrong even tho they were the ones who pronounce it wrong. Can't reccomend it.
Nice app! Its easy to use, fast and direct to the point. Though, is it possible to disable listening practice in the lesson section? Sometimes I can't do listening practice in public and would love to have it disabled.

Love this flash card app. I can practice kana without any other type of exercises. I was looking for something simple like this.

I've been learning hiragana and katakana but in the dya,dyu and dyo row in Japanese they don't use it anymore please update i won't be getting confused thank you.

Very solid app and really helps with reading and listening skills; however, some pronunciations during the listening sections are very misleading or hard to hear. For example, デジタル sounds like テジタル and so on. The audio quality of the voice can be pretty bad at times; if these can be rerecorded along with a female voice option that would be fantastic. Thanks!
