it looks fun/ useful, but I can't sign up because the app insists that it needs an internet connection to access the fandom database -- despite the fact that my device is accessing the internet successfully on other apps via my wifi, and can use mobile data when wifi is for whatever reason unavailable. I'm not even sure if my area has enough population for this app to have likely users, but I'm going to keep trying until I can access and see for myself.
Doesn't work, period. Won't allow me to complete the sign up process, as it continues to tell me that i have no connection to the internet (I've tried connecting and reconnecting to WiFi or mobile data multiple times to no affect. If you want people to use your app, then fix the damn thing.
I can't get past where I am supposed to put in my geekdoms. sev. 1, bug found which renders the app unable to be used. 10/10, devs, really. whole app feels as if a 6 year old drew the mapping out with a crayon and you guys just went with it. clunky UI, unappealing, pixely graphics.
Horrible. I couldn't even make a profile. the app kept saying, you can't connect without internet when I was using high speed internet that's always worked for me. I tried on multiple days to set up the account but couldn't.
Really interested in trying this app, but it won't work. On sign up, it refuses to connect to any internet: wifi/cellular, changing preferences doesn't help. Would amend review if fixed.
like almost everyone else here I was unable to evdn create an account due to not having an internet connection. Yet tinder works just fine. I guess tinder doesn't need the internet... hopefully someone will just take this broken and abandoned app off of the play store.
-search only shows 28 results -no way of telling whether the person has logged in resently or not -too many profiles that haven't bothered to be filled out -it won't let me delete my account because "server error" but everything else works fine.
App not usable. You can't build your profile (interests, photos) because every time you try to enter interests or upload photos it says you dont have a connection. APP IS 100% BROKEN. Fix it and I will give it another try.
pretty useless, couldnt even sign up because it kept telling me i had to be connected to the internet even though i was less then 3 feet from my wifi router with a perfect signal, would give 0 stars but thats not an option, already uninstalled the app
Does not work period. Every attempt at login states there is no internet connection. All my other apps work so it's not on my end. Repeated attempts over the course of a week +
my experience is, there may be bugs within this app, as it consistantly tells me I need to be conected to the internet, I am conected however this app repeatedly tells me and I quote "you need to be conected to the internet" short of throwing my phone at the wall I would have to say my experience of trying to use this app is infuriating as I can't even make a profile, if your intent was to make people that happen to be not of the norm according to sociaty magerly irratated then congradulations.
was suggested to me by a friend who met her partner on it. only for me to find out that its basically timezone gated. the app refuses to allow account creation and when attempting to make one of the website its a timezone lock. so no one outside (assuming USA) can join. wasted potential
I believe the developer decided to quit updates entirely. I have not been able to access my profile for over 6 months now. I have sent multiple emails to their support team with no response.
The app is completely useless. Not that its filled with bots (as far as I know) it simply wont let me log in or create an account because it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet
This app has been abandoned since 2017. It keeps saying I have to connect to the internet, so their servers must be down. Their Twitter support hasn't posted since it went down for maintenance on feb 10th 2017 and their main account just retweets advertisments. This is abandoned and needs to be deleted from the store.
i feel like this is an app that was made just to see how many "nerd and geeks are desprate enough to download" it just keeps saying you have to be connected to the internet. also ffs fix the birthday input it takes forever to get to the early 90s.
I downloaded the app and couldn't even get past registering. It kept telling me I wasn't on an internet connection and would not let me past setting a profile picture. I wasted my time.
Please fix the signup glitch. The one that makes the app say you're not connected to the internet even though you are. It makes the app unusable.
Broken - internet connectivity errors constantly, internet works fine outside of app, similar reviews online from 6 months ago - app needs to be removed from store as it's clearly faulty and not being updated.
This app would not let me create an account or upload a picture from one of my files storage it keeps also saying when I try to choose a geek fandom that the internet is not connected try again later someone needs to fix this.

Can't even create an account says no network connection when I'm clearly online... total waste and 100% broken app, should be removed from play store if it can't be fixed.

I would think it interesting, but I wouldn't know because in order for me to actually sign in I have to search for a "Geekdom" but that requires internet, which is something that I lack, which is why I use mobile data.
It doesn't work. Says it needs internet connection when there is. Website doesn't work either. Don't know if company went bust or not but should be taken down if it doesn't work
App telling me that I'm not connected to the internet. I know I'm on either my wifi or phone network cannot use this app until y'all fix it.
This app would not let me sign up when I known have a connection I myself would recommend that you uninstall it and if anyone is thinking of downloading it I would not waste your time please read the reviews and if by any chance a staff member see this I'm sure that I'm not alone in wanting an explanation for why we can't create a profile
I can't go past the sign up geekdom interests to create my account since the app is saying there is a connection problem even though there isn't. This is one of the worst apps I've tried to use since I haven't gotten past the sign up page. It seems from the other reviews the developers haven't made an attempt to fix the problems. It could have been a really great app if they fix the problems.
