Dragonplay™ Poker Texas Holdem

I came back to Dragonplay after I got a new phone only to find that I could no longer log into my account that had 7 million chips and was a level 76. When I click on the tournament tab, the app crashes every single time. I haven't been able to access anything except Fast Fold and regular table games. I used to love this app, it was the best but I'm uninstalling and going elsewhere.

I had this app since 2012. I prefer the old look of the tables and how you chose which table to play on. Even the old way you text and send gifts to the other players is better than the version now. For the past 2 days, it has loaded up to 34% and no further.

I used to play this all the time. I took a break and uninstalled but now when I try to reinstall I'm greeted with a series of errors and lag. it's unplayable. this is on the origin Xperia Z. fix! I can't play fast fold. whenever I click it I get the message 'connection error' this is my favourite game what the hell!! I need a fix fast

Fast Fold stops working once yearly. Can anyone tell me why and when it will be back on? Facebook link no longer works either. This app gets worse every few months. you never get a reply from the developer either.

I used to love this app. I've had the same problems as other players, dropped games, crashes, not able to see your cards. My last straw was buying more gold, and finding out they sold me diamonds instead. Thinking it was my mistake, I purchased again, also diamonds. Customer service NEVER responds, in all the years I have played.

I use to be logged in via Facebook but I had issues loading the game so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I cannot reconnect to Facebook. I get the message "App not setup". 😔 I can still play it so 3 stars, 5 if I could log back in through Facebook and recover my account.

This used to be great! I've been playing on here for 5+ years, but after not being able fast fold for a few months now and having login issues with no response I uninstalled. Hopefully dragonplay can get things figured out.

I bought and paid for 18 million chips and only received 1.5 million. This is false advertising! I tried contacting customer support but their system miraculously is unavailable. They gladly took my money and I am extremely pissed off about their handling this situation. What is worse is I cannot contact their support team. What a crock this game is.

They took all the rooms away!!! Then when you have a certain amount they force you to play on the big tables. They also raised the prices almost triple!!! They also are ripping people off with buying chips. Says you're getting 100,000,00 then I only got 1million after paying $10!!! I just tried to purchase chips again for 5.99 to get 18million and only got 1million!! Tried contacting customer care and it says your app isn't safe for users to log in with Facebook to send message

sometimes it does not show you your cards in tournament mode when you're playing on the table for big money it won't let you be it or by the time it lights up your profile to bed it's already too late they really need to fix this game I love it but too many bugs

Too many bugs!! How many months later...still no cards dealt and constant game freezes. At one time was a good game to play 🤔

Fast food game suddenly doesn't work. No update, no fix, no press release. Just suddenly doesn't work. 🙄

I LOVE playing this game, but I got a new phone an S10 and it now will not work because they dont have an upgrade for it, because my phone is to new? and they cant keep up with it?? I've been playing this game for 4yrs. and cant now because it will not let me update because of my phone. SAD! PLEASE FIX ISSUE!!

App won't work anymore. Telling me that the network is not connected constantly. Just like many others stated, this used to be one of the best apps. Not anymore.

had this app for years and soon as i get a new phone and try to log in it says i need to change password. i submit my email for them to send me a new pass code so i can change it and i never receive the email. this is frustrating

I would give 5 stars if you stopped stealing my chips . Win a pot ... get stuck at a table then disconnected . I usually don't mind here and there but in the last few weeks it happens all the time !

I had the old version for years this new version stinks the cards are so small you can barely see if you got clubs spades hearts diamonds and you can hardly see the numbers and I got good eyes this is ridiculous trying to play it puts a strain on your eyes

This app don't work on the note 9, even if you have the latest version of the app you always get a notification apon boot up saying you need to update the app.

Worst servers I've ever seen, only online game where I disconnect or have delay, and to make it worse it's a game where the data transfer is so small it should never happen.
