I think I would like it if things worked. Everything I try and do a campaign mission I have to rechoose my heroes like 2 or 3 times. I keeps kicking them out and then making me pick them again. Any red X's for boxes don't work so I have to use the back button on my phone. And I have to click around a button 10 times before it realizes I'm trying to do anything. Fix the glitches and I will gladly review again and give better ratings

This game used to be so much fun, but in a rush to bring all servers to the same level the developers have created more problems, bugs and glitches than its almost worth. Over the last few months with these updates mailbox items have been lost and I am unable to log in at times or even download a new update. Button layouts have been messed up rendering some parts of the game unusable. The massive level jump and addition of a host of new heros all at once makes the game almost too tough to do anything unless you're willing to pay a lot of money or were already at the top. Support has been largely unhelpful giving generic responses that don't even address the issue that was asked and while compensation was offered, it seems to have been random. Some people who were unaffected were compensated while others that were effected were not. It's just become a big mess. Until all things are fixed and the game is working like it should, I'd spend my money elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will probably drop this game before it is fixed. :/

I played this for just about the whole 3 years it was around and I enjoyed it. grateful they were able to finish the story line (unlike most games that close down) as I enjoyed it for the goofy comedy. things of characters to use and wasn't pay to win. unfortunately did suffer from power creep and old heroes (the og's!) eventually became fairly useless because they didn't get much balance or updates. other than that I have to say thank you dragon soul. I don't regret the money I did spend here

its an awesome game that never ends always new stuff to learn and build very addicted the only downfall that you should think about is for a free game its likely the most expensive to play if you want to reach the top levels and maintain them at least in a reasonable time frame when i say that i mean a week to catchup after new update when most of the top players are updated in a day now that im only spending on one account that costs me close to 500 bucks a month it starts slow but the higher levels over 100 be prepared to dole out lots of cash

After playing this game for quote a long time,I may have to delete. Too many crashes,too many inane updates and no response from developers as to when it will be fixed. Lately,the app crashes after only 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay. Not cool. Bye.

I feel so violated. I've spent so much time on this game and it's become a part of my daily life and now after 3 years it's coming to an end out of nowhere? Why? Because you keep losing players? Well if that's the case then just stop pussyfooting around it and start giving us the kind of things we've been asking for I'm new updates. That's what would have kept people playing and kept your cash flowing. More legendary skills, less buggy chat, less random new heroes, and fixing heroes with glitches

It's a pretty fun game the only thing is in the Expedition when you go through all the levels and you're at Ludacris level you have very difficult stuff but then when you go through the hard level back to like the second level you have Ludacris type enemies on there I mean come on it was the easier part it's on hard not Ludacris then the only other issue is people with even half your power defeat you so I don't understand that either but you know I guess the the roll the dice

I absolutely LOVE this app I'm beyond addicted. My only issue is the app crashes on me while in gameplay. I've dealt with it by exiting and reopening the app every two battles to prevent crashing while in gameplay. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

I can't believe you're shutting this game down. All those years and time we've all spent grinding and building up teams and not to mention those who have spent so much money on it to get to the top. I've played this from the very start and put so much time and effort into it and I'm quite heartbroken this is happening. Nothing but a bunch of con merchants only out for money. Shame on you.

I loved the game. I played it everyday for the last 2.5years. It was better when pureblu ran it, then they sold to greedy gree. who in turn ruined it and took away people's perks for paying members. Now this, just up and ending the game. if gree would have listened to the top players and loyal ones then there would be no reason for the game to end. I'm disapointed and heart broken. I will never play another game green runs or takes over again!

I've been playing this amazing game for about 3-4 years... this is one if the best games of its genre. I've loved it and never minded spending a few dollars here and there. it wasnt necessary but I wanted to support the developers any way I could. its a shame this game is shutting down...

The game is challenging & fun. I like the fact that you can see action, not just click a button & then it tells you results of a fight. I don't like the constant updates tho, they take up a lot of space on my device.

We really enjoy this game tremendously and are very pleased to have found it... but, getting it updated or loaded to the server it's difficult. Sometimes we spent days and weeks trying to load into the server and not able to do so. VERY BIG DISSATISFACTION on our part.

Don't shut this game down!!!!!! What the hell?! I have been playing this game for years and have spent so much time in playing it and leveling everyone up to have it just end is gut wrenching. Yeah it's just a game but it's one I actually enjoyed playing and kept playing. Just sell it someone else so we all can keep playing!

Honestly feel I was progressing more daily before spending money on it. Now , since I started paying, it wants more money to keep up with the account I didn't pay!!!! Not cool. But really enjoy it so please, kick down a bit more for cash. That's all.

I purchased a large, daily amount of diamonds right before the announcement of the closure. Developer refused to refund my purchase until after the game closes so they won't have to issue a refund despite the fact that I have not played the game since the announcement of the closure. Why would anyone continue to invest time and money in a game that will soon be discontinued? Extremely disappointed that a fantastic game was ruined by a bunch of crooked, incompetent mis-managers.

The game is fun and the graphics are great but it crashes to much. Unless they can find a way to get along with Google play or Android it's just gotten too frustrating to play.

I have played this game for around 3 years and now it all goes to a end. When I loaded the game it did not work I looked if it had a update but there's was no update I felt confused until now I realised that dragon soul has shut down the severs and I had a great experience with this game and it was heartbreaking to not play it. I had many characters on this game and when I came back from school I would go on this app because how good it was. This game was the best game ever. I want the game back

Super addictive game!! I'm making sure to login every day no matter what time of day it is. And unlike other games when you run out of energy you're done, there's so much more you can do in this game. Definitely need to have a solid hour set aside if you try to do all dailies every day. I'll say it again but there's so much you can do!!

Cmon fix the game. Been two weeks or. More now and it's still unplayable. Update and it starts the game over and won't let me play the game. Ridiculous. I've spent too much money on this game. U won't get another penny that's for sure. Better be some good compensation for this or I'm u installing and playing era of celestials.

Could be better with overall performance. Kept force closing during war, temples and certain game modes. Other than that, the game is addictive.

I've been playing DS for almost three years and I love it!! The characters are addicting! Makes you want to collect them all. Adding runes really changed the strategy and makes each players hero unique!

- Game is no longer user friendly. Many have left due to frustrations. - "Updates" offer download problems & lost resources, they fix previous bugs but then create their own. - "SUPPORT" doesn't read messages, even money spenders are SOL when resources are lost - Contests cater to high levels and real money spenders. - No "new message" notifications on chat. - The list goes on. -Playing for over a year. Developing toons are more costly and the once friendly, "Contact Support" are now Snarky and Condescending and they're responses prove, they did not actually read your messages. It seems the only thing holding the game together is comradery.
