DragonVale

Hello, I've been playing this game for 9 years now and I love the game. But it won't load half the time and it has been crashing while playing!!!! Apparently I'm not the only one having these problems. It's harder to breed dragons now. You have to have the dragon that is showcased to breed it anymore. Can't breed two dragons to get the showcased dragon like before. Since Deca has taken over the game there has been alot of problems!!! Backflip did a much better job of keeping the game fun.

Not a bad game, but some of the prices for islands/habitats are unreal. There are some things that cost upwards of $50. There is a way to earn gems without paying, but those items would take months, if not years to save up for. I get the devs want to make money on this, but if you want anyone to drop real money on it, add some actual game play beyond tapping the screen a few times a day

Still such an awesome game, been playing it ever since it was released but the dragon artwork/design seems to be really lacking lately. Super glad you guys at DECA have continued on the legacy of this classic game but would just love to see improved designs and animations for the dragons. I think, due to them being the main focus of the game they deserve some more attention to detail. Otherwise, apart from crashing on start up every now and then still such a fantastic game!

It's a fun game, but it is SO laggy. Half the time it doesn't even load. I have to keep opening the app cause it'll just close randomly when it's loading. It takes 30 minutes if me opening it over and over again for it to work. Then when it finally loads, some of the features stop working. Sometimes it's fine and it loads no problem, but sometimes it just refuses to work. I would give it 5 stars otherwise, but this problem is really bad and has lasted years. Until that gets fixed, 2 stars.

I have loved this game for years. Was the first app game I ever had on my first smartphone. However, I have recently run into a bug with the latest update where it keeps crashing the second I open. I don't have the advanced graphics on, have turned my device off and on several times but nothing is working. I would hate to miss out on the new event if I cant even get into the app.

I love this game. The graphics are beautiful and it is so fun getting all the different dragons. I've been playing for nearly two years and my park is huge. However, I log into the game and it crashes at least twice before I can even get in and the last two updates did nothing to fix it. I hope the issue resolves because I know it isn't an issue woth my device.

This game is so awful. It used to be one of my favorites but since the middle of February I haven't been able to log into my park on a daily basis like I normally would. It hardly ever loads, it constantly and repeatedly crashes at the loading screen making the game impossible to play. Several have complained about this and it's clear DragonVale is making zero effort to fix it.

Truly a complicated relationship with this game. I love the game itself, but these days I can only make it into the app 1/20 attempts without it crashing/freezing midway through load. Somedays I can't even load in at all. I've been meaning to try and redownload the app, since I didn't use to have these problems, but by the time I get on I'm already exhausted and just want to collect my capped gold etc. tl;dr The game is great, but beware of increasingly frequent crashing.

I've played this game since I was first introduced to it by my mom in the 2010s. It's just as great as I remember and the amount of content that has been added is astounding. But I've encountered a weird bug recently where I can't open the game without it crashing. It's gotten to the point where I'm lucky to open it at all. Restarting my phone helps, but the bug is still there. The game even recommended that I switch my settings to low resolution, which I did, and that still barely works. Help?

Been playing for years. Love all the dragons, races, the legendaries. Occasionally I get a bug that crashes the game, usually around the beginning or end of events and updates. No error message. But they usually stop a few days after. I assume taken care of by the team. :) Would like to add, races seem rigged against you. The dragon at the top is too fast and there aren't enough boosts to catch it. I lose 95% of the time.

DragonVale is probably one of my favorite collection games, and I have known it for years. I recently came back in November of 2021, and as I kept playing, a crashing bug keeps me away from the game more and more. I absolutely love this game (especially around April Fools), and is much better than DragonCity. But, the crashing bug makes it hard to login daily for the benefits and to finish timers, missing out of some time.

The game is awesome, and I love all of the events so far. I've even managed to collect 56 epics, which I was quite proud of however, while the games had a history of crashing a few times when opening it, this time its almsot impossible to open and has been for the past few days. I'm 10 days or so away from getting the wish and I'm really upset that I'm going to loose that progress because the developers aren't fixing the bug. I've read countless other players complaining about it for months

The game itself is lush, beautiful, and fun to play IF you can get it to LOAD. Once you reach the higher levels, it crashes repeatedly upon launch and becomes almost impossible to open, causing nothing but frustration, angst, and wasted time. I would NOT recommend starting because you won't be able to continue your journey through Dragonvale...

I've been playing this game since I was 12 and I love it! However, devs if you see this, pleeeeeaase fix the loading screen bug, it is agonizing. Every time I open the app, the loading bar fills up almost all the way, and then the app crashes. Sometimes, if I tap the privacy policy link right in the middle of it loading, the app will open, but I often have to try this method 4 or 5 times before succeeding. If it's nighttime where I live (EST), it won't work at all and I can't get on. Plz help

I love the game and playing. The rating is because I have to launch the game anywhere from 5 to 15 times to get it to load. It opens, the splash screen randomly changes each time I launch, the loading bar fills, and then crashes. I clear my cache after every 5 failed launches and today I have not been able to get in at all.

Pretty awesome game! I've been playing it since I got my Facebook at 13! I love it, but, oftentimes the game won't load past the loading screen before it crashes, some days it takes me 10 tries to get into the game, other days like today I can't get in at all and that means you lose out on your event daily rewards, and then have to spend gems to get them the next time you log in. Very frustrating! But still worth it it's a great game

I love this game and have played for years. Unfortunately I have so much trouble getting it to load recently, it's almost not worth it. I've kept it up to date and reinstalled it several times to no effect. Even after I get it to finally load, after 25 tries sometimes, it often crashes. If they don't fix the game soon I'm giving up.

I've been a daily player for years, and now I'm ready to uninstall despite building up parks and getting so close to collecting all the dragons. The game stopped opening on my device. I've tried every trick suggested on the Facebook group, but when it takes 20+ tries to open the game every time I want to play- and even then it doesn't open at all sometimes - it's time to move on. Super bummed. I've invested a lot of time.

I've been playing this game daily for years. I love it. But recently it's such a hassle to get into the game to play. Are they ever going to fix the bug that causes crashing when trying to load/open the app??? It's been a problem for almost 2 months, plenty of people are experiencing the issue, and many (including myself) have reached out to the support team and were told to uninstall and reinstall the app. But this doesn't fix the problem. UPDATE AND FIX THIS BUG!!!

Was having a great time playing this nostalgic game until the game kept crashing upon loading. I had about a years worth of time and some money invested in this game. I reinstalled to attempt to remedy the issue and lost my park completely even though it was linked to my Google account. And it doesn't help that the support team is practically uncontactable.

I'm changing my rating from a 5 star to a 4 star not because I don't like the game which there's nothing wrong about it. But the fact that there is this glitch that kicks me out whenever I try to play so whenever that happens, I have to Uninstall the game, and then re install and login which takes 10 minutes and I have to do that every time I close the app. I missed out on the winter event because of this and now I can't get the 700th dragon until winter unless I co hatch. Please fix this, thx.

Still crashing when loading. Even after reinstall. 03/30: The crashes has gotten worse. Still can't load game after 50+ attempts. I used to play 7+ time per day. Now I'm lucky if I can load this game once per day. I have lost so many points in the current event that it's not worth continuing to waste my time.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with crashing problems. I have noticed it seems to be a lot worse during the events. I hope these problems are legit cause I find it really irritating to have to use my gems to catch up on the daily prizes when I couldn't even get in. I have read through some of the reviews & replies from deca. First off, if it's freezing & not allowing you in, explain to me HOW you're suppose to take a screenshot of the issue? I really DO love the game. Please fix it!
