Trash app. Can't tell that my license isn't expired. Despite 6 or 7 photos. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Emailed support, will update only if they reply.
Apparently there isn't enough work. Nothing in over a month after signing up in South GA/North FL area. Totally useless to sign up for the program if nothing ever comes up. How do you even stay in business?
$5,000! That's the potential liability you will have for every job you do on this app. You will earn about $100 for an 8hr job if nothing goes wrong. Missing a picture will cost you $50. Loose a receipt and you won't get reimbursed even though you were giving them an interest free loan. They sell you a driveway tag for $65 for their jobs and take $100 if you forget it. A cracked mirror will cost you $2,000 easy. Your insurance deductible is $5,000.
going good so far some pay good and some is not but its up to u to accept.. only thing i disagree with is having to take pictures cuz if u don't take them right you will get $-50 on ur check with no explanation to it unless u call and ask
Signed up and put all my info in waiting for background check, but everytime I try to log in, all I get is a blank white screen
I've really come to enjoy DRAIVER. The company could be a little more organized, but from what I'm told it could just be my specific area. The jobs have allowed me to travel all over the US, and get flown home, all while being paid, from an app! The app leaves a few things to be desired, when entering in vehicle info during pickup/dropoff, if you have to navigate away off of the app for any reason before you submit that step, your entered mileage, license plate #, & fuel level get wiped
Can't create an account at all!! Every time it says there's an issue. Ridiculous!
So far it is stuck just trying to make an account, i will have a better review when I actually make the account.
Phone consistently does not sound alerts
Trips are to far away for the amount being giving and seems like no trips mainly around your surrounding area's and if so again pay out is low and extensive amount of travel,l thought it would be a better app than Uber or Lyft or The Food Deliveries one's but apparently they have many improvements to make,Also it is like when a trip that is close and reasonable price etc like you have short span to get to the place so you wind up having to pass on it and let it expire.
good app there's plenty of work but they always seem to pop up when my sons at school and the duration wouldnt allow for me to be available for him when he gets dropped off after school. or at odd hours of the night or to pick up a box truck. now i cant get online, im going to try and reinstall and see what happens maybe its a bug or maybe they are tired of me not being able to do the jobs at those hours i dont know. great app though pity there isnt any work over the weekend
As a lead driver I should be able to cancel a trip that does not get filled. It is a waste of my time to be uncertain whether a trip gets filled or not. You want proof I incurred tolls. Email me but do not deactivate with without giving my side of the story. The support I receive is little to nothing. Now I call this morning to ask why I haven't gotten paid my mileage and this the follow up I get. I have the right to ask for what's mine. Now my car was used. And I expect to get paid my mileage
If you like nickels and dimes instead of a fair wage, this is the app for you. Also, it's the only app of its kind (hence the "patent pending" in the settings, if you do actually download the app). If you want to actually make money driving, you'd be better off with Lyft, Instacart, Uber, hell even Uber Eats. There's also the CDL route, where you actually get more bang for your bucks. But hey, to each's own ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Getting to be a waste of time and money... in the beginning this app had great payouts for the time and distance traveled, but driving 7-8 hours and 500+ miles for a little over 100$ is ridiculous, hopefully when people stop accepting the jobs for such little pay, then this company will get back on track and start paying drivers more, since were the ones that are making them money. I remeber when trips like this would be 250+... if you like wasting time and making nothing this apps for you....
Didn't even bother to register, misleading advertising saying you will be reimbursed for gas, tolls and taxi, but then when you read the updated as of March 2 2020 terms and conditions of use it says it is at the sole discretion of the customer to accept to pay for trip related transactions. As well as draiver has no control over the agreement between customer and driver as that the driver is a independent contractor. Does that affect the not being left without a way home?
Sure you can make decent money from just about any city in America. But, the drivers are unprofessional, rude, inexperienced, and messy. Driver support? What driver support? Whenever you call they oftentimes refer you to email support who probably won't get back to you expeditiously. When things happen on a trip I need support right away, not hours later. Lastly, getting paid. You have to email support about that too! I do not like not being able to contact anyone who can actually help me.
The draiver support need to be checked
Hardly any trips or assignments and when they do become available they're for extremely low pay. Doing their trips/jobs is just not worth it financially as you can make more money using other services. I would not recommend this app and opportunity to anyone you're better off doing something other than working for Draiver.
After creating an account the app takes me to a web page saying I need to complete a training trip and to log out/ back in. Every time I do it takes me back to the same page. The tech support link provided is dead as well.
This app is a joke. I've gotten requests for trips that are 14hrs in length for little over $100. I'll spend more in gas and wear and tear on my vehicle than I would make with this. 1hr driving should be a minimum $15-$20 as I can make more than that with Uber/Lyft. plus they want me to have a large vehicle to hold 6 riders. That's an Uber XL ride and 1hr is more like $40-$50. Just a ripoff.
The first 2 trips completed were my last 2, from July 1 2021 to Septembet 24 2021 I did not receive any offers. You're right, I did ask to be deactivated due to no offers. My appologies.
App gets stuck and will not allow a reset. Just stays that way stuck on a trip. Never even drove, couldn't get the app to work.
Can't sign into APP, then when I do I can agree on the insurance part to continue. What good is it when you want to work and these APP are not useful.
Keep getting an error message going from trip to home tried uninstalling and reinstalling still didn't correct it this is a terrible app
Won't let me login most time. Have to reset my password just for it to log me in. Then once I'm in, it won't change or let me click on anything and keep saying I need to download the app. When I'm already using the app to view my dashboard
Completely unprofessional office personnel. Do not give professional, efficient workers the jobs. I did three jobs from Az to california and I really enjoyed the delivery part and working with a crew but the company was inconsistent. They want you then they dont want you. This company has tried twice to reinvent themselves but without a team leader in the state you work it is chaos. Great concept but needs work. If they made the app work I would be happy to run anything anywhere for them again.
This app is a great idea but is it not worth using it. Very cheap prices for all the rides. I am looking now, there is a 474 miles and they pay $108.
Support staff is a bunch of hicks I don't think they even know programming I think they Outsource it out . in the Portland Oregon Market this app is a complete joke. it doesn't run properly on an Android system and Draiver customer support is limited in their technical knowledge as well as dealing with clients and independent contractors. I certainly hope other markets are doing better than the Portland Market.
I'm only getting one notification a week about trips. I've been looking on the app all week long also, nearly every hour, and have not seen any trips on there.
Looks promising, but I can't get passed the background check portion of the sign up. I enter my social, then in the address portion, it just goes to a blank white screen. I've restarted phone, reinstall app and same issue.
