DraStic is the ultimate NDS emulator for Android. I was very surprised by the fact you can play the games in glorious HD + Widescreen mode while being able to use the touchscreen simultaneously. DraStic is packed with graphic and display options such as AA filters and the ability to use external displays. Wi-fi Multiplayer is available of course. Cherry on the cake : You can create shortcuts of your games on your dekstop.

I'm extremely impressed by the graphical ability of this emulator. Pixelated mess no more! This is awesome,I get to revisit old games I played as a child, but I also get to play them with modern graphical twist. Thank you so much for your hard work, the app is very professional and well worth the price!

I love the way this emulates my old games, even better than in the original console; with an ipega Red Knight controller my phone is like an actual DS. The only problem is that the ROM selector doesn't work, I have to load them using an external file viewer and choose to open them with this app. Also, you can change the placement of the screens, so that you can place the buttons between them both and play without a physical controller comfortably.

Been using this emulator for some years now, and is a good one. But not perfect, as the developers refuse to make the needed fixes to get external storage readable on android 11, though they are very much aware of this issue, with many people telling of this for quite a while. So until a time comes, if it does when they fix the issue & they won't put a disclaimer saying this, as it will impact the sales. The DIG frontend will allow you to use DS games from an SD card, so get that & works well.

I love this emulator for my phone. I bought it several years back and do not regret it. It runs perfectly, works amazingly with my custom controller, saves my save states properly and even offers in-app save states! However, it will not back up with my Google account and if I try to open certain roms (usually Mario games) via this emulator on my Acer Chromebook, it immediately crashes. It's all fully updated, but still does not work. Unfortunate as I enjoy playing my games on a larger screen :(

This is a fantastic emulator. Something I would add (unless it's already there but I just can't find it) is the ability to make certain buttons toggle able. For example, instead of having to hold the run button down in NSMB, it would be great if I could just press it once, and it'll hold it down for me.

I've been using this for a long while but ever since I transferred the app and saves from my s9 to s20, the game speeds up and then crashes after every trainer encounter. It's not entirely unplayable, there's a work around but it's a hassle to do every few seconds in the game, killing the mood. As far as I know though, other games from my library work just fine, I'm just having these problems in pkmn hg

Honestly up until now it's been working fine and perfectly. However I have been experiencing a bug where I tap "Load Game" and it freezes and takes a while to display my roms. And then when I try to open a rom it kicks me out of the app and says the app has a bug. Please fix this because it's a 5-star app when it works and it's a shame that it isn't working.

So I have to say. I'm beyond impressed with this emulator. If you want to know if it's worth the price.... brother... yes. It's worth more. PLUS there is a beta program and there is a loving amount of customizability with the GUI vs. Controller/keyboard UI. You can do some creative stuff with the stylus (like map your right thumb stick to trace around like a stylus in fluid motion) So I just have to say to the developers that you did a great job. If you are willing to tinker... it's rewarding.

Honestly, this is the best NDS emulator you will find on Android. Not to say there aren't other good choices, but if it's between DraStic and anything else, take DraStic. Don't let the price dissuade you; it really is worth every penny. I have used DraStic for many years on many phones and can say with confidence that its performance is unmatched and its compatibility is really solid across every title I've tried, which includes a considerable number of 3D games, all of which perform perfectly.

The emulation per se works nigh flawlessly, but the "load new game" option has started to cause some problems by failing to autodetect the folder and locking me out of navigating through folders. It gets stuck on "/storage", where there's only a ".." item that does nothing. Highly annoying issue. It should just let me pick a fixed folder (and start the explorer at /storage/0/emulated) instead of trying to autodetect everytime.

The quick saves constantly overwrite each other with no way to have a quick save history. So you either have to go through multiple menus to save. Or risk losing your progress if the quick save corrupts which has happened to me multiple times. This ended up resetting a lot of progress and I regret using this emulator because of it

Amazing, powerful and easy to use with customizability. Simply the best I could find. I Love it and it worth the price. I do hope that WiFi/Multiplayer support will come sooner than later. However it looks abandoned. It's only missing a save manager for exporting and importing ingame saves allowing migration between pc, android and ds/3ds device (Not savestate). Making it tricky but still possible, I can't complain much. Build in option to extract and import button skins would also be great.

Thought this was fantastic until I found out you should do in-game saving rather than save states where possible. I started a Pokémon game, whilst also getting to know the app. I lost 2 hours of playing because I'd used a save state at some point, which then renders in games saves ineffective. Otherwise a decent app. You can change the configuration of the virtual pad but for some reason this would save for me at all initially.

Really amazing emulator, I actually like it more than any DS emulator I've used on the PC. Very easy to use and set up, as well as adjust the settings to my liking. No lag, no crashes, haven't had any save losses or any technical issues, really. If I could make one suggestion, it would be potentially adding more "extra" buttons. For instance, in Apollo Justice, it's often that the microphone has to be used in investigations. I have one button to make a save state, the second to load a save state, which means I have only one extra button I have to interchange fast forwarding and microphone activity onto. It's such a non-complaing though, it's barely a concern. I also think there should be an option to make the buttons and d-pad smaller, rather than just disabling them. All in all, totally worth the price, the performance of this app is above and beyond the experiences I've had with other emulators.

Never purchased an emulator before, but tried a free one and games were basically unplayable from how slow they are running. With DraStic every game I've tried has run smoothly and fast, it is well worth the money and you can change the interface and controls to make them not in the way. Try it, don't forget you can refund shortly after buying if it doesn't impress you enough so you have nothing to lose.

For the first 2 weeks I used this emulator everything worked perfectly and I got everything I could possibly want out of it. But after a certain point the game I was playing started crashing. It was infrequent but it did occur. I thought changing games would cause the issue to go away, but rather it got worse. After a while the crashes became so frequent that any game was unplayable. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it but no change. Unfortunate but hopefully something that can be fixed.

Basically the best all around NDS emu out there, on any platform. That said, it does lack a various features such as latency controls and and most notably online functionality. Granted that's not a big deal for most games, it is on the feature wishlist. Very good developers. They communicate with the community and respond to feature requests and bug reports. Highly recommended.

The best NDS emulator for Android, hands down. Runs smooth and has lots of options and a robust save/load system. Absolutely worth the money. Every once in a while, the buttons get in the way of gameplay but you can toggle them off and on if it gets too annoying. That's the only minor quibble I have with it, and really I can't complain.. I'm reliving my childhood on a smartphone!

So I purchased the app not too long ago and I really have had an amazing time playing some old favorites. (Fossil Fighters, Pokemon, etc.) My only real issues with it is that I can't let Drastic run in the background to answer a text or something, because when I use my tabs button to go back to the app I'll be faced with a white screen and the app crashes and I lose progress. It's annoying. A different DS emulator gave me adware so ofc this is the best one. But it could still use improvement.

So far, in all of the emulators that I tested, this one, oddly enough, is the only one that, without changing any settings, ran legendary starfy smoothly, besting even retroarch! (at least all cores i tried it with.) my one slight problem with it is the lack of connectivity with other devices, but what can you do. Would Definitely recommend to someone who wants to play a DS on a budget.

Overall, the quality and experience deserves 5 stars. It's a perfectly functional DS emulator for Android, without ads or any major UX issues. However, recently there's been a problem where the app will freeze if it's in the background for any reason, which means you'll lose progress whenever you accidentally open another app or go to your Overview or Home screen. It also means you have to save the game every time you back out to check a wiki.

Almost perfect, wish I could play multiplayer Mario Kart. Not sure how that could be made to work. Other than that, fantastic. I've had basically no issues, except with some savestates being lost due to some nuances I didn't know about with pokemon games. They're finicky with all their save files. Best not to ever save in-game unless you are required to for some reason. If you do you cannot go back, unless you basically delete everything. Even savestates saved on google drive seem to disappear.

I've used this emulator for over 4 years. It is the most reliable and user-friendly experience I've had when it comes to DS Emulators. Through 3 different phones, (each with different amounts of RAM, from 2 gigs to 8) this emulator has run smooth as butter. Easy controller configuration, and even easier virtual controls. You can customize each setting, on the fly, to fine-tune your style of play. Forget the other DS Emulators on the play store. You need this one.

I can't emphasize how good an emulator this is. I read the amazing reviews but it still blew me away. It's easy to use, while still overing tons of fantastic option and customization of your experience. Games run flawlessly and the emulator has a brilliant interface. It works fantastically with my Bluetooth controller too, and it's easy to map your buttons to whatever function you like. Will be recommending to others.

As long as you find the right rom, it's the perfect emulator for the phone. My only advice is to save as more often than you should, as sometime while you tab out the game you may lose data, otherwise it's great. Although I'd rather have certain buttons bigger than the other in some games to customise, you can't fault it's performance. Compared to any free emulators 10/10
