I used to have drawing pad on my iPad and I loved it so much but now when I got it it doesn't have the blending tool and it doesn't have the photo backgrounds
Have it on my phone ....trying now to put it on this tablet, but it says not enough space So how to get more space is hard to find
Very accurate,but needs more colors
This app crashes when I try to save a picture.
It's alright, but I feel like this is NOT worth the money.
Don't get this app trust me. Its really rubbish. You'll regret you got it. If you don't believe me see for yourself
jen will Drawing pad rainbow update ??????
Until I saw the iPhone version which is about a million time's better. I only really got it for the kids initially but after seeing the trailer I feel short changed... I hope we get a big update ( Aug 2013). Still waiting 8 months after this review! Still waiting 9 months later since initial review. Looking doubtful. The dev is still happy to cash in though.
I bought this app because my niece has it on her ipad. The Android version is missing all of my favorite features. On the ipad version there is a smudge option as well as mixed color options. If I had an ipad this would get five stars :(
Error 498 is only thing that app is doing. After working for some time and an update it stopped. IT WOULD RECOGNIZE THAT HAS BEEN PAID , REGARDLESS OF WHICH WOULD'T LET ME REINSTOLE. KEEPS GIVING THE ERROR
This is a nice little drawing app. I can quickly choose a pencil or crayon with color and draw. Other apps may have more complete choices, but after having to specify tool type, line width, color, intensity, blah blah blah I find myself saying "just give me a darn pencil!" None of that with this app (although it DOES have a nice array of choices tucked in). And for $2, save yourself the ads, the constant requests to 'register', all the cr*p that pays for 'free' software. Just draw.
I watched a number of YouTube videos of the iOS version of this app and decided to purchase it on the strength of what I saw. The Android version is very disappointing in comparison and lacks most of the features that really stood out in the iOS version (as many others have already commented). Given that Android now dominates the market, one would expect the two versions to be on par... or at least the Android version lagging only a little behind. There are many free apps on Android with better features and more capability than Drawing Pad on Android, the only current redeeming feature of which is a nice user interface. I'd strongly urge the developer to address this disparity and move quickly to introduce the missing features to what could easily be a top-selling app.
This app makes you feel like you're really selecting different pencils, crayons, and paintbrushes. It looks so realistic! My only complaint would be that there is no thin pencil to allow you to draw really thin lines, this app is really incomplete without it. I've been looking for an update for years, but one never came!
I saw a review on the IOS version of this program and was impressed. I was sadly shocked when I purchased this program and it wasn't at ALL like the IOS I saw advertised. I contacted Murtha.. and they wrote me a very curt reply which basically said "what did I expect.. the video I watched was IOS". Not only is the program poor.. and insufficient for anyone serious about drawing.. but their customer service is even worse. Buy Autodesk Sketchbook if you are serious about drawing.. If you are looking for a basic coloring program for your children.. there are better ones out there for free!
Disappointed. I used to play this on my IPad so when it broke I bought it on my phone. It is good, but bad compared to the IOS version
I have purchased this apk. but after downloading, can't installed. Also I am not able to refund my money.
The app isn't working. It quits running and it won't save to the hard drive.
Saving to Gallery is broken. iOS version is way better.
When u try to save drawing to gallery it comes up that app isn't working and forces close. Also when purchasing this app its 1 euro something sence but comes up when clicking buy as 7.50
My grandkids love this app. I don't mind them having screen-time when they're being creative.
It used to work. Now it fails when trying to save to gallery.
I think the iPad version is Sooooooooooooo much better if the IPad version.was on a smartphone I'd give 5 stars
Love spending time drawing and finger painting with my daughter cant fault it! Works on galaxy note 2 and tab 2
Nice interface and selection of tools BUT useless on Nexus 5 without the ability to change brush/nib size as they are all WAY too thick.
My kids love this app. We have it for their tablets and they love drawing and using the stickers.
My daughter likes it, but both of us would like to have option to import or take photo, layers and ability to change brush size. With these I would rate it 6 stars :-)
My son is now a famous artist and he used that for his drawings :D but why is it money
The times when you really need this app are when you are without an internet connection and need to try to keep your kid happy, such as on an airplane. It defeats the purpose if when you try to use the app, it closes because it can't validate some play store license. That's what happened to me earlier today. Useless.
