Dream Cruises

Booking shows take a lot of trying. Even when the timing for the booking starts and you try to book, it might show as fully booked when its out. I have managed to book workshop and shows while clicking the book button in intervals, despite it showing that it is fully booked before your reservation is finally confirmed.

Using the chat feature enables us to find each others whereabouts during the cruise. We can also book shows, check daily itineraries, and make payments through the app. Could be improved but good start app overall. To enable zoom into Daily itineraries for easy viewing, notification on incoming chats etc

Very basic application that is not very stable. Sometimes it tells me I have to connect to the onboard wifi even though I am already connected. You can see the daily schedule in the application but you can't zoom in so it is unreadable if you don't have eagle eyes.

Chat feature onboard doesn't give notification. My hubby was trying to contact me and only a day later when I go in to see the chat feature did I noticed. I gave it 3 stars cos we can pay for our onboard expenses account via this app. Also, it shows each day's activities rather than having to carry around the paper version, although it could be better formatted.

This App isnt working! It's so frustrating! It doesn't work at all. The I'm on board button doesn't work! Nothing works!

Chat doesnt work and apps only can be used in cruise. The highlight event also cannot be zoom, still have to improve a lot

Keeps saying I have to connect to the WiFi when I already have and I can't get past the first screen ("I am onboard" button doesn't work).

It told me to connect to "Dream wifi", I did but the app still not response. And also this cruise trip stupid af, every restaurant need to queue and is expensive.

I'm on board button, Does nothing, I'm not on board takes me to booking site. I'm already connected and using wifi for 6 days, but app shows nothing useful.

Useless app that does not work most of the time in helping u connect to the cruise Internet

Great app during my trip, altough there are some bugs but overall great for getting info on a short trip

You may only access what's in the app but can't access any other apps that needs Wi-Fi

I cant download, waited soooo long for verification. Dream cruise have the worst public relations.

worth it , worth every penny spent, it is a town floating on water it has every thing on board.

This app doesnt work on the Explorer dream. I guess the Dream Wifi is only a dream!

This apps only applicable for Cruise Passanger. Once you on boarding then activate it.

What a waste of life

App doesn't even work just lousy. Staff makes a false promise that this App works for communicating with family and friends on board if you do not want to purchase their Wi-Fi at exorbitant prices. Then, u realise you got scammed as this app just freezes and u are unable to click I am on board. This is the most pathetic way to try to force customers into purchasing the Wi-Fi.
