The app definitely has potential. However there's a disconnect with the ads. Every time I finish a puzzle & attempt to watch the ad it doesn't play the ad & just goes back to the very beginning screen without awarding me the coins I'm owed. This has happened over & over. It could be a very relaxing & great app if not for this. I don't have money to buy extra things sometimes so i depend on watching ads for game currency. Very dissapointed.
Good choice of puzzles and it seems possible to do quite a lot without having to pay. Its one big fault is that there is no choice of background, and it can be very difficult to see dark pieces on the dark sidebar. Please if the designers read this, give us a choice of different backgrounds!
Adverts are getting too long now and I have a problem with one in particular, ZEN game that freezes the screen and my tablet. It prevents me from using the return button etc and is it is even difficult to close my tablet down to get rid of it. I have deleted the app and re-installed to no avail
Please fix the issue of trying to play but when i open app nothing appears ince i get past the initial screen. I had given a 5 but all day i will start a puzzle and take a break. when i return all my pieces are black and blank. i have uninstalled twice now. im gonna try one more time!😣
I love the photos. But since the game got stuck and wouldn't open anymore, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it worked again. But now my finished puzzles aren't saved. I have to redo them. This better not happen again!
Why do I no longer get my free daily puzzle? Have completed 353 puzzles. Have received daily free one every day for months up until the past few days. Never get a response to issues. Now every time I do a puzzle, a banner ad pops up and stays right on top of my puzzle. Used to love this app, but can't get any fixes for problems. Poor service!
I loved this until the most recent update. I updated the game (it wouldn't even load the main page unless I updated) and went in to do my nightly puzzles, and all of my progress was lost. Will not be playing again unless this is fixed and will not happen again.
Love it. It doesn't freeze up or restart and shuffle when ads come on like other jigsaw I've played. I just wish you could turn off the repetitive music, is all. I like the image choices too.
Wish I could give this game a 10 star rating! Beautiful pictures, ad placement is perfect...between puzzles, no interruptions during play. Enuf coins awarded with each puzzle so you can have endless play. Perfect!!!
I play this every day, love the puzzles. Only one suggestion, could you possibly install a way to zoom. I play on my phone and while my eyesight is not bad the zoom feature would help a lot.
I believe this is no longer supported by developer. No new puzzles for months. You can still pkay and collect daily coins. Hope you like animal and food puzzles cuz there is a lot of those.
Deleted! Used to do any number of puzzles. Now every single puzzle I click on is locked, even after watching ads. Total waste of my time. Bye!
I just found this app and I really like it! Great variety of puzzles. Hours & Hours of relaxation time! I also like that there is no pressure to finish (timer)! Most enjoyable! ☺
so cheesed off. update then it goes completely blank and had to uninstall it only to start over and loose nearly 2000 coins which of some I brought. Please sort it out so it don't happen again.
Used to be better before update. Had to uninstall and reinstall and lost all worked puzzles and coins. Went to open next day and it won't open at all. Can't get into puzzles. Days later still unable to open. Will download another app
I played only 3 games and I have to watch ads now to play more. I seriously not interested in watching ads this soon. but as it was fun to play and the visuals, so giving it 4 stars.
What's up with the ads in the middle of the puzzles? I don't mind an ad before or after a puzzle, but having an unmovable ad bar directly in the middle is super annoying. Considering deleting the app for this reason alone
was working pretty well, occasionally there was a glitch with the pieces in the drawer overlapping, and randomly the word would be in Japanese (I think). But now it's saying I have -277 coins so it's unplayable
I love this game but I'm so disappointed that since the update I haven't been able to play. The screen remains blank. Nothing happens when I click on the home icon. Please fix this or I'll have to uninstall the app unfortunately 😔
New To This App! I love the graphics, the colors on some of them are so Americana! I have a dark purple background, is that the only one?? If there are more backgrounds available for free, I'll enjoy it more! 😊
because of the bug in the app i had to uninstall and reinstall the game in which i lost all my coins and previously completed puzzles. need to make more puzzles free or reward with extra coins
just wish there were more free puzzles, just to be sure before purchasing the app, that its puzzles I'll enjoy completing and also to be sure that I like the set up.......
If I turn off phone while doing a puzzle I lose all progress. Very frustrating and so I rate 1 star with a uninstall..good job
can't change background color. not enough color contrast between pieces and background. deleting app, good bye.
in the past it was a lovely game. now it freezes al the time. adds while you still building puzzle. eg when you press flower or food it stays blank. not nice
I have loved this app until recently. I have not received any new puzzles since April 6, 2021. If I could get new puzzles I would rate it a "5".
was great..idk what happened ! I had done a lot of puzzles at 140 and it reset saying I had only done 35!!! then I redid one at 140, went out of the app, then back in..it rest again to 35! what is going on :(
Can't download some of the puzzles and it's sad. Lots of nice ones to chose from but many can't get access to keeps saying try again later and it's been several days now
More like a nightmare! Preview of puzzle is the actual puzzle, which is not as great as it sounds since it is dark and distorted making hard to place pieces unless you actually accidentally do so. Also the pieces do not move smoothly across the screen. Not much is free and it is slightly confusing as to what is free, what you can use coins for or what you actually have to pay for. I have just about had it with these "free - ha ha" apps. They are all pretty awful!
