definitely needs work. Recorder needs to 'pause' instead of stop so the entire night's record is ONE FILE! Seriously, this app is really no use if each night it creates 100 files or even more. Ok each file has the sound of snoring on it what good is that? App needs to pause instead of stop and need to show audio graph-timeline to make better sence of it all & to be more useful. REALLY, this app is really a sound activated recorder to record your friend's conversation when you leave the room.
I used to really appreciate this app.. It used to be really good! It's had so many issues this past year, it wont run in the background at all or on screen save, so practically useless unfortunately, and yes i do have the lastest version. Shame hope you can get round these problems.
For a free app, it does the job! I wanted to record my sleep talking or any oddities in the night. It picks up any significant sounds, up to 4 hours. It even picked up disembodied mysterious 'voices' in the room that werent there! Very sensitive. Worth the ads, to be honest.
This app was amazing for the first two weeks I used it. Now it seems that every time I use it I end the night with around 5000 audio clips, none of which are audible and clearly glitched. I'd really appreciate if someone could let me know how to fix this issue, but as of now the app is entirely unusable.
I used to love this app and used it every night I even recommended it to a few people over the years but tonight after playing with my settings it won't let me record any longer then 2 hours worth of sound unless I upgrade! which is bad when you have a snorer in the same room! I guess I'll have to delete the app now after using it for many years. :/
The interface isn't great, the multiple files thing is bad, but that stuff isn't issue really. The problem is that it doesnt seem to record anything properly even on max sensitivity. I deliberately talked at it and got one file with a slight scuffling noise, no talking. I'm not convinced it works at all once my screen is locked.
Do not download the app. It will record free for the first 2 hours after that you have to pay. So it will record all night. When you set it up to record it will record the 1st initial noise but then nothing for the whole night by the morning my phone was froze had to restart. This happened every day I used it. Total rip off
Excellent app. Great for checking how you are sleeping, snoring, and if you stop breathing in the middle of the night. I use it every night. You can playback your nights for your doctor to see if you are having medical problems. It also picks up whispers if you talk in your sleep or other strange noises that might be of a ghostly nature. Download it today.
Only works for a short. Of time before you have to buy it. or make monthly payments I don't know because I refuse to pay for something so crappy. Plus they refuse to tell you how much they expect you to pay for it until after you've given them your payment information. This app is cool but super sketch!
Edit... This app used to be fantastic and worthy of 5 stars, an update has fixed most of the bugs which rendered the app useless between May '19 and December '19, but some further improvements could be made to improve the microphone quality which we had back prior to May this year. Having said that, it picks up most of my night talking, although it is difficult to make out what I am saying. I do have faith that the app can be 5* again with some perseverance.
