Great for a $5 purchase. And I'd like to address some complaints in order to help people: If the app seems frozen on the splash screen the first time you run it, just wait for a bit - it's actually connecting to a server in New York to pull down more info (checked it with a network logger), and could be slow due to limitations on that server. If your controller won't pair with your phone, first ensure you charged it up for the 30 minutes that the instructions say. If you did that, then just try to pair a different controller. You can pair wireless Xbox360, XBOne, PS3, PS4, or any other generic controller on the market, as long as it uses Bluetooth (I wouldn't try a Wii controller, however, as it uses different sensors). And finally, if you tried everything and it still just won't work on your phone, you probably need one with beefier specs, and you're out $5 - $15. Oh, and don't expect the visual quality to blow you away - you get what you pay for. And in this case, it's (a less-than-Oculus Rift experience, yet) perfect for dads who want to have a video gaming son to play with while also on a budget. Enjoy!
Absolute most fun I ever had for $5! My son loved the shark clips... and I won't feel bad if he breaks it (in his enthusiasm). For 5 bucks, I'll go get another one! VR snobs, go spend more money on something else and quit complaining about this. What did you think you were getting for $5 at WalMart? Puh-leez.
FULL REVIEW: If you bought this on sale it's not even worth it. please don't download ANY apps its asking to, if you want to play the game download it. you don't need this "Dream360 VR" app. DO NOT download the one in the link they are giving you (it doesn't work, cause you can't use the "POWER CUBE") search for the app in the playstore and you should find one that doesn't require the power cube (but the game sucks) NOTICE: to pair your VR charge it first to use the controller put batteries
You need to update it to the android 10 it's so old it won't work for my phone. All it needs is that I bet if it was updated it would probably work great. Not trying to be rude.
it was fine but it needed a little bit more work, but from being a first time user it's pretty much good, so yeah choose wisely on this app, so be careful, and please don't get hacked on this app.
Nothing feels real! I prefer more popular VR headsets. I'm sorry but the ones you see at Walmart for 13 dollars are rip offs kids. A decent VR has to be like 35 dollars.
Should maybe think about deleting all the games that are no longer available from the list of supported apps. Other than that it's not bad I guess.
there were no fun things on this app and also it was telling where to go and what to do when i have INSTRUCTIONS on the box. and the apps that it was talking about were NOT credible.
Non standard interface. Not android compatible. Very limited clunky functionality on company specific promoted apps only
when trying to navigate the app, it force closes after just a few seconds.
trash it does support YouTube VR which is why I bought the bloody thing. I should have know when the QR code did not work!
gone on the app to play The giardian killing zone, so it asked me to scan the power code and nothing happened, it wouldnt scan nothing what a waste of time

Hated it, I had too delete all the apps on my phone just to play a game that didn't even work.
i really dont care cuz I got this at the 99cent store and it was on 1.99$ 😂😂 I just wanted it cuz eh why not its only 1.99 so yeaa but its still a 1 star cuz their are no games compatible with this unless u got controllers

Bought on clearance for about 3$, with technology, expect to get what you pay for. The view is like looking out of a tube, not immersive field of view coverage. Resolution varies by app. Found no issues in pairing the headset or remote via Bluetooth, instructions are clear but not needed if you have ever used Bluetooth, just hold the power button until the light flashes while your phone is in pairing mode. Pixel 2 xl fit fine without a case of course, Cardboard app ran fine, no need for a QR code. It's 3$ worth of fun.
