This app does nothing 99% of the time. It doesn't pair with Bluetooth. It only gathers data since it was installed. It frequently requires reinstallation to troubleshoot, thereby deleting all previous data. Though it seems like it would be useful to know the medical data about your machine, you're better off just setting weekly alarms on your phone to remind you when to replace filters or clean the device. It's entirely useless and a huge waste of time trying to troubleshoot. 0.1 stars.

App's validation of serial numbers is wrong, so I had to make an account on the website. Then I logged in and sync'd with my CPAP and it said it successfully downloaded new data, but no numbers or data was displayed. Everything was blank. App is very buggy. If you switch apps or turn your phone off and back on, it crashes, and has to restart its slow data download.

Seems like last few updates broke Bluetooth to the extent that it's unusable. I go days without being able to get data, then one day it'll magically connect just the one time. I've literally managed to connect and download data twice in three weeks now. DS2. Edit: support needs to wake up and read these reviews for the app. This is awful.

Before it stopped working the app was very useful and provided detailed and easy to navigate information. Now, the Bluetooth function is not working. I tested it by removing my phone's Bluetooth pairing and reconnecting it. The pairing code appeared and was able to reconnect without issue. When reconnecting the app and machine, the app could not find the machine even though the Bluetooth function worked on both the machine and phone. Please fix as it was a great app when I actually worked.

App does not work with the new machine. As several people have already mentioned, I have to uninstall the app, re-install the app, and re-boot my phone to get it to connect through Bluetooth. Every time. And it only picked up my data once. ONCE!!!!! This app is now terrible. DO NOT INSTALL until it is fixed.

I got the replacement machine. Initially could not get app to connect via Bluetooth. What I ended up doing was going into my bluetooth on my phone, removing the device from from the list of available bluetooth options. Going into settings on machine and clearing out bluetooth connection, uninstalling the app, reinstalling it then reconnecting bluetooth. It has been working fine ever since. It just took about an hour of my time to figure it out.

Most of the time it works like a dream! Every now and again (maybe 3 times over two years) it won't connect with my android so I have to re-sync. But again, each morning I merely tap the icon on my phone and I get great sleep data. . . . Averages and absolutes for time asleep, interruptions, etc. It is very reassuring that my therapy is effective.

I can't get to connect via Bluetooth. I have to do this too many times!! It has to be the app!!!! UPDATE: For those that struggle with this app, I've found that you have to uninstall app AND reboot your phone to get back to working (including starting over on Bluetooth connections). I get frustrated as I have to do this quite often. This app is way past time for a needed upgrade!!!

Sometimes it logs me out unexpectedly or fails to get the data from my device (despite Bluetooth definitely being connected and me being a meter away from the device), but restarting the app usually helps. I appreciate the visual representation of my data so I can have an idea of how effective my treatment is. I'd like it if it were possible to gather data on humidifier and tube-heating so I can cross-reference, but I don't know if my device (Dreamstation 2) actually records that data.

Good app, but still has issues. App needs a bit of work. 1. I upgraded my device, but there is no option to remove old device. It is still listed as my primary device. 2. New device has some unadjustable settings that I was able to adjust on old device. App indicates I can adjust these, but there is no place to do so. 3. All training videos embedded in the app are for the old device. There are no training videos for alternate devices.

Horrible!! Created an account, but now it won't even log in. Press login, and it just thinks for a few seconds and goes right back to the login button. Device will connect via Bluetooth, but data can't be viewed offline. Useless!!! Update: I now have Dream Station 2. Surprise, surprise, app still useless. It won't pair by following the included instructions. I paired it manually, got "success" message on DS2, but app won't recognize that it's connected. USELESS!

This app is terrible. If you need to turn your machine off because you get up in the middle of the night for....reasons, it records the first half of your sleep or the second half, but not both. It updates sleep data at 2am, when I'm (hopefully) asleep. Why would a sleep app update info in the middle of the night? It should update during the day when most people aren't trying to sleep.

Web site still failing. This app has never worked well when attempting to manage devices or authenticate with the server. It's generally reliable switching between my two existing devices. Today, I received a replacement device due to the recall. It paired successfully but the app has no ability to add a new device, remove a device, etc. I even tried creating a new account and that kept failing at the server. I've been SW engineer for 35+ years. I'd be fired if I'd written something this bad.

Update 12/2021 : Less glitchy now. Upgrading from 1 star to 3. I wish it would tell me what time I wore the mask. I think I take it off and on during the night, but no recollection of it. I go to sleep with it on, wake up 7 hours later with it on, but says I only have 3 hours of use. - I used to love this app, now I hate it. It used to work, thengot glitchy and had sync issues and took hours to display new data. The past few weeks it just says it can't connect to the server. It's frustating.

When traveling, the The CPAP and app stopped communicating. Call support and couldn't get the machine reconnected by Bluetooth. Arriving home, machine wouldn't connect by modem or Bluetooth. After turning airplane mode off and on two times, it started to work correctly again. Also, had to clear app data. All in all, a bit finicky.

Works great since latest updates. Thanks for fixing it. (Edited) As fate would have it, I changed my review as above after the app nagged me at startup to rate it for about the 97th time, then let the app continue download, the app promptly displayed the dreaded "check connection". Tried again, same thing. Booted the phone, tried again, same thing. Disconnected/reconnected bluetooth, tried again, same thing. Finally discarded the bt conn on the cpap, re-paired, tried again and it worked. Sheesh

Easy to use and great to keep an eye on your AHI and perfect for reminders on cleaning filters etc. If you could get the cleaning notifications on your phone without having to go into the app then it would be 5 stars!!!! Updated in March 2022 and still agree, you need to have a permission to send cleaning notifications to your phone.

There are two problems, one minor, the other major Minor problem: There are two serial numbers, the instructions tell you to scan the humidifier number which is wrong. You must scan the number that starts with J or P, not H (Humidifier). Major problem: The app freezes at the last step of registration making it inusable. Since the app can't be used, it gets a one star for useless. Those 4 star reviews over rate the app, everyone says there are major problems yet it gets 4. 1 or 2 is more like it

Terrible application, doesn't work most of the time. In order to get it to work you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After that if you are lucky it will work for one or two days and then stops connecting with your device. Technical support keeps telling me that the problems are being worked on, but nothing is ever fixed. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times today but will not connect. It's been almost two weeks since I've been able to get my sleep statistics.

Finally got to pair with my S20+ and worked for 2 weeks. Now it repeatedly asks me to reenter the Serial number. Also, I need to reautheticate on every other access. Not user friendly. Now January and it continues to require that I scan the serial number. Painful experience. Great when it works. May 2022 Still unusable. Every few days asks for SN. This has been more than a year.

Its nice to get quick results from the previous night's sleep. I love this app and machine. I get a good night's sleep. Update. The app stopped working on my phone. When are you going to get it fixed? Its been 6 mths without info, Nov 2021 was the last time it worked. The app opens, but nothing has downloaded.

I've been using this app on Android for almost 2 years. It's glitchy AF with no noticable improvements made. I work with PAP machines and have personally used several models made by Phillips Respironics. Their overall quality is better (with the exception of them knowingly using toxic foam in their machines) than competitors, but they have not adequately been keeping up with technology for the last 5+ years. I will definitely be switching to a different manufacturer for my next PAP machine.

The app stopped recognizing my id. It kept saying the account is invalid and asked me to reset the password. It asked for my id and device serial number, which I scanned, but it continued to say the account is invalid. Customer support is more than one hour wait. A buggy and untested software. Now, I am unable to go beyond the Login screen. I wonder about the quality of their equipment too. After uninstalling the app, turning off phone wifi, reinstalling on my cell data, it worked.

Considering this app supports a $3500 piece of hardware I find it's absolutely trash. I get better information and user experience from a $50 fitbit. Imo this entire app needs a rebuild from the ground up, from how it connects to load data, all the way to processing and aggregating the data into meaningful displays for the user.

When it works, it's great. However, since the last update it seems to take forever for data to show up. Not sure if it's an app problem, or an issue with it downloading updated results after the update. Either way, very disappointed lately. Also agree with other users that we need some more granular data (graphs over night - were incidents clustered together, or spread evenly? That matters...)

This app is plagued by bugs. When it works, it's very useful, but it rarely works.For the first two months it worked fine, then for six months it worked intermittently, and now it won't work at all. The dream station pairs with my tablet, and appears to transfer data, but the data from the past six weeks doesn't show up on the tablet screen. Extremely frustrating! Fix this app, for goodness' sake!
