What is the Dreampad?

How does the Dreampad work?
The Dreampad’s Intrasound Technology™ is based on the natural conductive quality of the human body. Our bones are natural conductors; in fact, every time you speak the vibration caused by your voice is carried by bone to your inner ear. Intrasound Technology™ replicates this natural process by using transducers to convert the properties of sound to vibration. The vibration is carried internally to your cochlea and areas of the nervous system which govern your ability to relax.
What is the advantage of Intrasound Technology?
In a word: relaxation. Intrasound Technology provides a deeper, more sensory-based level of calm and relaxation than regular speaker music. In addition to its unique effect on the nervous system, the following are often commented on by Dreampad users:

Regarding using your smart device with the Dreampad:We recommend placing your smart device on Airplane Mode when using it in conjunction with the Dreampad. Airplane Mode prevents any radio frequencies from coming into, or from, your smart device. The Alarm function on your smart device or the Dreampad App will still function normally

The Dreampad pillow is a great product but this app is not the greatest. Crashes or disconnects from the pillow randomly.
This app crashes when I open it
Very responsive app.
If the blue tooth battery gets low a voice tells you, which instantly wakes me. The timer doesn't work either. I agree with another reviewer, the abrupt end to the music and restart also wakes me. Bad app.
We have two Dreampads that are unusable because the timer feature on the app does not work. Having the bone conductive music on all night actually reduces our deep sleep and wakes us when we would ordinarily stay asleep during the sleep cycles. I have asked the techs at Dreampad to address this and will update if a fix is found. My other concern is that I contacted Dreampad twice about the issue but didn't get responses. I recently responded to an Integrated Listening Systems marketing email and was routed to the Dreampad tech department to make it aware of the problem. Makes me wonder how little feedback has ever reached Dreampad tech about the shortcomings of the app. I will update my rating if the app is re-engineered successfully.
This app used to be great... 5 stars. Then they did an upgrade and added a store section and since then, it crashes continuously. Please fix it! I use this to help me sleep when my brain won't shut off and it makes a huge difference!
I use this with the pillow for my 2 year old son who is autistic. Awesome we lo e it.

This used to be a 5 star for me, but the app hasn't worked in months. I can open it, but as soon as I try to actually use it the app crashes. FIX THE PROBLEM ALREADY.
5 stars on the pillow, 1 star on the app. I cant get it to work tonight. It keeps crashing. And this is after uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm trying to get to bed and the bad app is taking all my time. Kind of defeats the purpose, no??
