Does not work on a Galaxy Tab !! So you have to match movies on your phone. Bad. Very bad.
Can get it only on my phone which means not comfortable experience. It is also reflects on the services ELAL provides in general.
you need to have an el al specific app to use the wifi, but you need wifi to install the app, so you just can't use the wifi unless you somehow knew this and ibstalled the app befote the flight. That's next level idiocy.
Insulting to ELAL customers. The app keeps on crashing and getting stuck. Once again, ELAL has proven that they are a super out dated airline
Poor. Poor. Poor. The only good thing i can say about this app is that it was in a slightly better condition than the actual ElAl plane itself.
Shaky app, mediocre content. Try "israeli newspapers" (with the Yedioth logo) to get "NO CONTENT", try "magazines" to get ElAl's shopping mag. Titles of many items don't tell about the item (like 10 titles named "University of Tel Aviv 1,2,3 etc)
Why does a streaming application needs access to all my files, media, phone and everything else I have on my phone?
works about 5% of the time during the flight... very annoying, don't bother downloading

The infrastructure was so bad. every 5-10 minutes it broke and exit. then I needed to understand where I was in the movie. going off wifi and activate wifi then open the app. the app developers can remember the seconds where I am in the movie and at least when I open the app play fr that moment. very unstable. horrible experience. better just load movies before onbording a flight.
