The app started out great without issues. Now it gives error. Network Currently Unavailable.

I downloaded it since I switched my insurance to this company. App either force closes when you open it or it gets multiple errors. I have yet to be able to use this or register for this app.

Get Network unavailable error. Created an account on the website first, but unable to log in. Will update review if app gets fixed.

Nothing during registration seems to work properly. I have AmFam for my insurance but none of their apps are very useful or efficient.

Great idea, I like the saving and category feature. The barcode part would be better if it scanned instead of having to type the number in. Makes cataloguing movies and books a long process.

Constantly says Network unavailable, or can't contact the network... Or network error. Or can't retrieve data from the network. Can't sign up as a new member due to network error. This app is a total failure. And the last time it was updated was back in 2017? I mean come on!!!

App no longer works. Error message when app opens and it won't retrieve inventory data. Horrible, please update.

Remove this app if there is no support for it. It no longer works. As a new customer I found this very disappointing.

Wouldn't let me register. Invalid phone no. which was entered many different ways. Disappointing.

would love to try but all i get is a server error every time.

The app keeps telling me to update my security questions after I keep hitting save...so frustrating please fix this

Doesn't work the way you think it would. App constantly gives error 500 when trying to save an item but more importantly, this app is IN NO WAY LINKED TO YOUR POLICIES. Per my agent, app is only intended to keep record of your things. This will not be used or linked if you have a claim. With that said, there was no way that I could find that would export pictures you save. Overall, app is miss leading and doesn't function very well.

I can't find any way to print or export data? It gives an option to email reports but only to an agent? No way to backup data. It looks like it's missing features.

It does what it says it does. But for an insurance app. I would like to be able to view my account, pay my Bill, see my coverage.. maybe pull up a proof of insurance card in case you lose yours and get pulled over. Honestly. All this app is good for is replacing a note pad and a phone book. The fact that you have to make an account is a joke. Deleting this app simply because there is absolutely no reason to keep it.

Excellent app!! So many people complaining that you can get your bill or insurance cards. There is a app called MY AMFAM for that. This app is made only for taking your inventory of belonging in case of fire. I got my house, sisters n grandma's completely inventoried. nice to have but hopefully we never need to look at because of a claim.

Not good for anything that my note doesn't already do. All other insurance companies seen to have actual insurance apps that have to do with your policies! Needs a lot of work, uninstalled... Hopefully they do improvements soon! Will come back and check

Every time I get out of this app and try to go back in it its always having a problem about login credentials then I have to go to the actual website on a PC change my password again just to get it to work on my phone for one or two times and then it does it again please fix this problem very very annoying.

I like the idea of being able to have household items listed, however it takes forever to add one item at a time. When you save one item, it takes nearly a minute for it to save. With so many items to have listed, that is way too long to wait.

This could be a great app, but having to take each pic several times before it finally saves is a major bug. On my Galaxy SIII

it took me two days just to set up an account. Now I can't log in, keep telling me network unavailable. worst app ever .. deleting now

App was giving error message -apphas unfortunately stopped so i uninstalled and reinstalled. .now won't let me log back in sayd credentials invald.. tried to create another account and it says account already exists..

Only odd thing is the date format appears to be dd/mm/yy, wonder if theres a way to change that.
