I love this app. Just from having the ability to check and pay my bill in the comfort of my own schedule without having to call and be on hold. It saves time and stress! Thank you Duck River for supporting this app!
This app says it's incompatible with phone. Suggests clicking okay for new update, but no updates are showing available. So I'm currently unable to get into my account and pay online through this app. I hope this is a fixable glitch.
The bill I receive in the mail and what is said on the app never match. My account is now in a mess. I'm very disappointed I thought that the electric company would have a more reliable app for their customers to make payments.

Have always had a great experience on this app. Everything is processed and posted immediately. You got daily txts, emails, vect on your account. It's very easy to access.

It keeps telling me my version is not updated and can't open, but there is NO update available. 😡

ONCE YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD,YOUR SCREWED!! THE APP SAYS ITS E-MAILING YOU A LINK TO ADD A NEW PASSWORD BUT NEVER DOES!!!!!! TOO HARD GETTING INTO THIS APP!!

I love the app, but would love it even more if I could figure out how to use the features it explains in the tutorial. I have had this app for two years and have tried almost monthly to get finer grain details on usage but can not get anything less than daily. Is that as fine grained as it goes? Can developers or someone ekse please help me?
